I am not sure which kind of shop this is, I bought something over a week ago, not any reply if they have sent something or not…it should take under a week to receive what one buy…I see it is alot frustrated buyers from this shop..

Ok product, - with small faults.
I ordered a home gym product for a resonable price... - this portable bench was ok, but had som issue.
The bench stands not straight, because there is som differences on the welds... - it is on of these massproduced chinese items, of lower quality but also lower prices...
Since the seller is in Finland, i keep it because a return will be a lot more complicated... - but will not buy again... - the shipment was fast and with good information.

The product lacked screws and bolts for assembly. After I complained to the company they could not send spare parts or new product. They wanted me to find parts locally in exchange for a partial refund of the product. Stay clear of this company....

It’s been 3 weeks and I have not received my order yet. How long more time do you need?
I had requested return, sent 5 emails during 5 weeks, but haven’t received any response
I am happy that i finally received the product. However, the communication was so poor that I began to suspect that I may have been lured. You need to assure your customer about the delivery time and how it will be delivered. It is not wise to keep the customer waiting and waiting, leaving bad impression about your ability to deliver.
I placed an order on March 13th, 2 weeks later the product had not been shipped yet and it was only shipped when I contacted customer service. Almost a month later the product has not arrived and there is no estimated delivery date. But when I go to the product's website it says it is shipped quickly.

The gas burner and valve of the gas pyramid heater you sent do not work. Therefore, the heater is unusable! Considering the size of the equipment and the shipping costs, we will not be returning it. Please refund the money or send a new gas supply mechanism.

Said that they sent my order on the 31/5/24 along with tracking number, however according to the delivery service the package has been registered but not been delivered by the seller. Now a week after they said that the package was sent the delivery service still hasn’t received the package. 3-6 working days for delivery it says on their website. 8 days later and it hasn’t been sent. No response to emails. Another company to avoid. EDIT So they can respond to my negative review, telling me to contact their customer service. Quite clearly they don’t even read the reviews as if they did they would read that their customer service DOESN’T respond to emails so what’s the point in contacting them. Unbelievable!!!
