Always quick delivery. Good quality shoes. This is my fourth pair. The only negative is that all pairs are the same size however for some reason the new pair are definitely smaller in size and narrower than Skechers tend to be. Not sure why.

Cannot give a positive rating considering I haven’t received what I ordered. Been 10 days since I ordered. Still sitting with the courier service with no movement.

Recieved product but is wrong size. Quality is also terrible. Have tried to return the jacket but support dont respond to emails. There is no address to return the item to.

Said that they sent my order on the 31/5/24 along with tracking number, however according to the delivery service the package has been registered but not been delivered by the seller. Now a week after they said that the package was sent the delivery service still hasn’t received the package. 3-6 working days for delivery it says on their website. 8 days later and it hasn’t been sent. No response to emails. Another company to avoid. EDIT So they can respond to my negative review, telling me to contact their customer service. Quite clearly they don’t even read the reviews as if they did they would read that their customer service DOESN’T respond to emails so what’s the point in contacting them. Unbelievable!!!

Quick and simple to use. Placed and order and received it within days. I would give 5 stars however there was some kind of slimy seepage on one of the items from an outside source.

I don’t even know who these people are! I occasionally get an sms say that my package has been delivered. I live in a completely different country to the address. But somehow these I.D.O.T.S are using my mobile phone number which has a code for another country. STOP HARASSING ME. Complaint given here because it’s impossible to contact them on their website!!

I love Stellar Equipment products and have purchased plenty. The quality, fit and design is excellent. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that this jacket is very similar to the jersey I bought in warmth and thickness so is quite expensive in comparison to a similar product.

What a load of crap this company is!! For two weeks I have been tracking my parcel. Today finally it stood parcel being delivered today. Half an hour later it stood parcel being returned. No reason given. Contacted the seller. Yes can can confirm the parcel is being returned. Useless.

I think that this is the best payment system available. I wish that every seller used Klarna. I feel safer when making purchases online and usually receive the items before I have to pay. Other pay services take the money immediately and I have had a nightmare trying to get a refund when there have been issues. Good service and simple to use. There is only Klarna!
