I don’t think you can improve

I don’t think you can improve, I already had made two appointments a double and a single one for my son that is known by one of the Dr’s on Friday by phone, to organise around my time constraints. I then get a message to say you need a payment method in 15 min, are you serious. He had a severe intellectual disability, seizures lacks capacity is under Tas Cat, Public Trustee that controls his finances. Recently had Restricted practice interventions reviewed, O/T Assessments and paperwork to reinstate a behavioural Therapist.
Just over a week ago he had a seizure where the ambulance were called, one of the appointments was to follow up with the Dr. The appointment been canceled, I don’t need an App to make my life harder than it is at the moment and He doesn’t need a medical style or system that’s discriminates against his disability and medical needs. So

Love this service

Love this service. Use it all the time. Much better than phoneing the practice and waiting for a pick up. You pick the day. You pick the time. You can nominate what it is for. Great setvice. Thank you very much.

I like having the Hotdoc app

I like having the Hotdoc app, because when it is after hours you can make an appointment as the availability of the Drs is there for you to have a choice and make an appointment 👍
