Not only were they over 15 minutes late…
Not only were they over 15 minutes late for my pickup order, the cashier/cook wanted to make a remark on my face and be as racist and ableist as they could be as I was leaving. And after having a conversation in Dutch with two other people for over 8 minutes like I'm not standing there the whole time, made sure to be prejudiced in English so I could hear it as I was walking out, even asked me to come back into the restaurant for napkins to use "for your face". Do not waste your time or money on this kind of FILTH.

The first impression matters! I order a burger and it was delicious. Everything was perfect, Kawalitaria impressed menwith the delicious food, good quality and value for money.

I ordered the BorrelBox but it arrived SMASHED
I ordered the BorrelBox, in the amount of 40 EUROS and about half of them arrived smashed like a giant mashed potato or Stampot meal. I called and told them what had happened but the only solution they could offer me was to send me another order however, people were already leaving the office to go home so it would have arrived too late. I explained this to them and asked if they could give me a voucher for the future and inconvenience but they said this was not possible.

Order not up to standard
We have ordered several times from Kwalitaria and today was the first time which was not up to standard. Both the chicken nuggets and chips were over cooked or seems to be old. Not what I expected from them.
