We got great service at the store and recommendation on the most suitable mattress for us. We are very happy with our bed.

Great service from the shop staff. Very helpful when choosing the right bed. Delivery was good value and they took away the old bed. Worh every penny. The bed is very comfy. But wait for a sale. They have them regularly.

A very nice welcome from the moment I stepped into the store.
You were amazed by all the help you got and the treatment you received.
Almost felt like a celebrity. I got all the help I could get plus much more, explanations on how to wash the bed linen.

I have never received such a welcome from any seller.
It was truly the best welcome from any seller I have ever experienced.
It's almost like you want to buy more beds :). but unfortunately I only need one.

The staff was very helpful and guided us to pick a really good bed and pillow considering our body and sleep preferences. We noticed the affect starting from day 1 and we are really happy with the choice.

The top and bottom parts of the bed do not have the same colour. Horrible customer service. Not worth the price.

I've had a Kungsängen bed in my rental apartment and the ownetr didn't know the model - took a photo of the model no and immediately got an answer on what to buy for my next place - great customer service!

The bed I select really outperform my exception. It has a perfect design and look nice meanwhile it is comfortable. Cant be more happy about it.

We liked the service at the shop at Länna and we\re very satisfied with the bed we got.

We have used Kungsangen's guarantee and changed our firmness levels to the same one. Since we've bought this bed, we have only been having issues and frustrations. At this point, this bed and experience definitely feels way too overpriced for what you get and we're really frustrated and disappointed.

- When we have changed the mattress firmness levels to both sides having the same ones, their team came over and did a sloppy job in swapping the mattress. We provided pictures of the inside, and what should look like the same mattress has been swapped with a COMPLETELY different looking one, foam-wise.

- We have reported that and they have agreed to swap our mattresses again, this time both sides. Only one person came over and has asked us to help. When "finished" the job, we reported that there is a visible dent still, and he acknowledged, but said he doesn't have time to fix it and it might vanish when you sleep on it.
Since then, we've been having a huge dent/ gap in the middle (mind you, the mattress is a month old), and can't even resolve it by shaking, adjusting, any tips we have read online etc.
The first time we got this bed, there was no such dent or gap in the middle, the only difference we have felt is the firmness which is why we decided to change it to same firmness level.
It has gotten to the point where my husband wakes up with back pain and regrets this massively expensive purchase a lot.

We will reach out again and hope Kungsangen will agree to send someone over again to adjust those mattresses, as we have tried for multiple hours and have failed. That's the least that can be done in terms of service for how much money we spent.
