One of the seals in a glass 150ml cup failed, letting water into the inside of the glass.
Kruve immediately offered a replacement set. They weren't able to deliver on the replacement immediately because an item was out of stock, but they proactively kept me updated until it became available again.

Fantastic coffee glassware! I got their small propel espresso cups as a gift and was really happy with them. I sent an email to them as I did not know which exact size of their imagine glass would fit my needs and was pleasantly surprised how quick they replied and with detail. So I now own their 250ml latte cups and brewed EQ glasses which are quite neat, the same coffee tastes different from each glass. Would recommend for any coffee geek!
Best experience I have had in a while! I contacted Kruve because of an issue with one of their cups. They were quick to respond in a professional manner and quickly solved my issue with a very pleasant solution. Would recommend!

The subsequent responses from Mara and Kruve have been excellent. They are replacing the defective glasses at no cost or shipping.
