Unable to unlock security door. Following phone call the engineer Paul, arrived within 1 hour, after phoning to confirm on the way. Sorted and changed lock and checked other house locks as recently moved into the property and wanted confirmation that all was well. Very friendly, quick and totally efficient. Would recommend.

Prompt & efficient help
Locksmith arrived promptly at exactly the time requested and did a very fast and efficient job of changing the locks on my mother's house in the Seaford area, as requested following a security breach. Price was very reasonable for the work done and materials supplied. Can definitely recommend.

Very prompt response. Came same day with no extra charge even though it wasn’t an emergency. Very knowledgeable locksmith. Explained options clearly. Only took about quarter of an hour to successfully change locks.

Huge let down
We rang Key Tek because we were having a problem with a lock which would not open from the outside and the key was proving difficult to get in and out of the lock. The engineer arrived on the 28.05.26 replaced a spring and sprayed the lock with WD40. We were still having the same problem a few days later so we rang them to explain and was told there was no guarantee with the repair even though it was only 5 days later & would have to pay again for a call out. We had paid £102.00 for the original repair and did not think it was acceptable to charge us again. Their attitude was take it or leave it, we decided to find a local company as we feel that this is grossly unfair to have to pay again as it had not been repaired correctly. We do not recommend this Company and will never use them again.
