The pricing was clearly explained when I phoned to book. The locksmith phoned 10 minutes before arriving. He was polite and explained things clearly. He completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Spoke to a very helpful person on the phone. They handled my request very quickly.

Same day service and I was updated due to a slight delay. Work was done promptly and as price was as quoted. Thanks, this was a great job.

My elderly Father had lost the key to his back door, The Gent who came was here within 3 hours, fast worker, explained everything so we knew what to expect, barrel removed and replaced, very happy with the service, I would definitely recommend, and use again - Thank you

Key Tek came to my house to sort out a problem that another locksmith had left me with. In a short period of time they had solved everything and my locks were working properly. I was particularly impressed with the effort they made to understand the problems before coming out. I suspect that this was why they were able to solve all the problems so quickly. Overall I am delighted and would use Key Tek again.
Please be aware though that the locksmith did not arrive in a Key Tek van and did not wear Key Tek branded clothing. I suspect that he was a sub-contractor.

Easy to book at a convenient time for me - not an emergency!

Recieved a call to say he was on his way and arrived on time, I think the job was a bit harder than anticipated, but lock replaced and 5 keys provided - more than I thought I'd get. Keys had also been left in the lock of the inner door, which were dislodged as part of the service.

Clear comns re: the costs and overall a good price for the work carried out.
