They have amazing technical service.
They really care about their customers and keep you updated on what's going on with your device when you send it in for repair. This is very cool!
They answer all questions and do their best to make you happy with your purchase.
Even if something went wrong, they will fix it or return the money. The guys are working hard.
Very good and honest communication. You rarely see this.
