Regarding the kibble, loose stool can sometimes happen when starting out. Because our recipes are very high in meat and grain-free, a cat's digestive system often needs a gradual 7 to 10-day transition (slowly mixing the new kibble with their old food) to allow their gut to adjust smoothly.

As you know, cats can be very sensitive to changes in their routine. Because our recipes are made with natural fillets, the texture and aroma can be quite different from what a cat is accustomed to.
Sometimes a gradual transition helps—mixing a bit of the new recipe into their familiar meal over a few days can give them time to adjust to the new style of food.

Very disapointed after the first order that has been deliver fast and to my home. If no better option next time I give up Kookut even if it's a good product.

We are truly sorry for this delivery experience. You are right to be frustrated—Mondial Relay has recently changed their policies to prioritize lockers, which has unfortunately resulted in many parcels being rerouted at the last minute in the past weeks.
To fix this for our customers, we have taken the following steps:
New Options: we now offer DPD Pickup and Chronopost Shop2Shop as an alternative for point-to-point delivery.
Home Delivery: we also offer direct home delivery via DPD and Chronopost if you want to avoid the relay system entirely.
Carrier Control: once a package is with Mondial Relay, they control the final drop-off point, but by providing these new alternatives, we want to give you back that choice.
We are glad you like the product, and we hope these new shipping options will give you the reliable service you expect next time.
