Quality dog food
Again I received my Franklin dog food on subscription in good time, delivery is very quick. I like that I don't have to worry about ordering food now and it's extremely easy to adjust the order online.
I feel the food is very good value for the quality of ingredients. My 3 dogs,including my 15 year old, are thriving on it. They are enjoying the lamb and chicken which I top with homecooked meat and vegetables.

Terrible user interface, no customer service and difficult to digest
Terrible user interface. Impossible to control the abonnement or change anything. Impossible to speak with someone - online agent abandoned our chat mid way!
As for the food, even after 10 days, my dog was unable to digest it well.
Even considering that the food is of high quality and the issue lies with my dog’s digestion; such poor customer service and a dysfunctional website is unacceptable at this price point.

Healthy choice, our cat loves it
Our cat has a sensitive stomach and it is difficult to find something that he likes on a long term. He does seem to enjoy les croquettes d'agneau et les friandises de poullet for the moment. Fingers crossed he will continue to eat them as they do seem to have a healthier composition than most cat food out there.
This is the 3rd time we reorder .
Delivery was fast , we never had any issues.
