Non-response to order issue
I placed an order for 3 bags of beans and of the 3 one was incorrect, they sent the wrong beans. I emailed them immediately, and then again 4 days later. They promise 24 response via email and I have been waiting 5 days. Their telephone number does not work. When all goes well, this place is fine. If you have an issue they are non-responsive and cause me to lose too much time fixing an issue they caused.
