Already one week delivery delay with outdated delivery date information (15.07.24-16.07.24, today is 22.07.24), no updates or whatsoever.
Contacted Support regarding the issue twice and both times ignored. I will give them one more week to deliver my order and open the dispute afterwards if they fail to do so.
