Scammers

Absolutely zero useful information about the car (and much of the information provided is inaccurate). The subscription terms are not transparent. Beware of these scammers.

It a legal scam to extract money from…

It a legal scam to extract money from you. I only intended to purchase a single vehicle report but inadvertently signed up to a monthly subscription. Although the subscription terms were disclosed, I did not appreciate that my trial would automatically convert into a recurring monthly payment. Customer service eventually provided access to my report, but declined any goodwill refund. Prospective customers should read the subscription terms very carefully before purchasing.

Regarding your report, we are pleased that our customer support was able to restore your access. As for your request for a goodwill refund, it was carefully reviewed but unfortunately did not meet the conditions of our refund policy.

If a report only contains records from a specific period, it means that no additional historical data was available for that vehicle in the connected databases at the time of the request.

We take feedback seriously and strongly disagree with the suggestion that our service is fraudulent.

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. Do NOT go near it! You make what you think is a 'one off' purchase of 2.90 euros for a vehicle history. At the time of payment they do not tell you that you have subscribed to a monthly subscription of 29.90 a month. Your card details are then saved without you approving permission. And only once I made the payment did I receive an email to say I was signed up to a montly plan. In my opinion, the complete lack on transparency about what you are paying for is a complete scam.
