False promise of 48-hour delivery
I ordered on Wednesday. You said 48 hour delivery. It did not arrive on Friday. It did not arrive on Saturday. It arrived on Monday. By then I was away from home on an international trip and the photo book was supposed to be a present. Do not promise what you cannot deliver.

Unfortunately, there was a delay on the carrier’s part, but the first delivery attempt was made on Friday at the address you provided.

Very nice service in general
Very nice service in general. Good quality of paper/photos and the product is exactly what you expect while doing it. Negative point the app/software they use is good but still has some bugs like I had to re-frame a lot of time the same picture and the backgrounds for the product I did was very lomited (album photo). Delivery time is acceptable. Overall quality and price is what I expected will order again if some more creativity is possible in the future

Great product
Great product. Great service. Speedy on the french side. DPD on the UK side let down the delivery aspect - and didn't respond to any emails - but this wasn't anything to do with the service or product. I believe the french delivery service is the same as DPD. Wish the UK side was as efficient as the french.
