I had a wonderful experience with Dino

Purchased 2 tickets to Fort Lauderdale.
Received a message the flight wasn't confirmed and to call them ASAP.
Called and there were no more seats available at that promotional price. They gave me a higher price. The higher price was still less expensive that what I could find online. I was skeptical, but I booked the flight. To make a very long story short, I never received the tickets I ordered. They tried to reserve a flight for me to Miami instead of Fort Lauderdale. I ended up buying another airline ticket from a different company. I missed an event I was supposed to attend. I was supposed to arrive in Fort Lauderdale at 4:00pm. I ended up arriving at 1;00 am. They offered me a credit voucher instead of a refund. I spent many hours calling, emailing, and texting them. I do not recommend this company.

I booked on two separate recommended sites from cheap flights.com ,(top flightfares and FlyODeals ) and they both turned out to be scams.

I bought my flyodeals ticket on 5/16. I immediately was provided an itinerary which made it seem legit. A few hours later I received an email stating that I needed to call customer service. I called customer service who by the way was the same man every time I called. The man said oh your ticket wasn’t available so you will need to pay an additional fare to secure the ticket, I paid the additional fee because it still cheaper than all others. Well after not receiving my ticket I called back and each time I called the man would say, you will get your ticket tomorrow, I never got it. The last time I called and was angry and told the man he was a scammer and he said if you know it is a scam then why you keep calling and he hung up in my face. Now I’m disputing this through my bank.

failure to provide airline tickets. change price after booking. after booking they said that tickets will be seen with in 24hours.
call airline to find out they don't have records of purchase. this company is a SCAM

Dario, was great , we were in a bind searching for a flight and he made it easy. I am grateful for him and his service and will continue to call him for future flights. Best experience I have had.

After purchasing my original ticket for $90, they called me to inform me that the flight was not available and upped my charge to almost $200 for another flight through a different Airline. After paying the 200 extra dollars Because I had no other choice i had to fight them and call numerous times to get a confirmation number for my flight. The agent I talked to was extremely rude and yelled at me more than once. I will never be using this organization again and I think they should be reported and investigated.

I recently had a terrible experience with Flyodeals. This website appears to be a complete scam. After booking a flight, I never received my ticket. What's worse, they are completely unreachable – they don't answer their phones, and I received no response to my emails. I am now out of pocket and have no flight. I strongly advise avoiding Flyodeals at all costs!

This places is horrible ! Horrible customer service ! A bunch of foreigners that don’t know how to talk to people and don’t make since at all….this is the second time i have tried them 1st time i booked a little ticket for my friend that ended up having and emergency and couldn’t use it so they gave me a credit …mind you we don’t even get a confirmation code for this flight til a hour or so before the flight was suppose to leave…so i had a flight credit for that previous flight…there site is reading one price and they tell me there site is not updated ..there getting pricing from the airline side. Which is crazy because the airline side is cheaper as well …there site price has changed 2-3 times aswell as the airline side which is still cheaper ..they state ohhh by the time of ur flight the tickets will be the price you paid …that defeats the point of buying the flight early so that i can beat paying a higher amount ..i was told the manager was going to call me never got a follow up an everytime i ask to speak with one there never “available” and everytime i call its the same exact rude nasty rude guy with outrageous absurd customer service and i get told the same exact thing…you ask them a question and they go around the question..never got my confirmation number for this flight as well i have been told i was going to get it in 24 and its a week later still no email with that …after i use this flight finally with them i willlllll NEVERRrrrrr BOOK WITH THEM EVER again 10/10 i DO NOT RECOMMEND them AT ALL !!!!

Really they are sam and fraud with me. They ask me u r booked for flight but i didn't receive any confermation or eticket

It was very complicated at first after speaking to staff members who were very inconsistent with regards to information on my booking confirmation but I luckily got one staff member called Dino Lopez who was finally able to send me my confirmation number and boarding pass. Very competent and helpful guy Dino!
