Excellent customer service, including a phone call to me to verify that I was the direct buyer

Almost every page (well over 90%) of the book has been underlined, very sloppily, in pencil. That makes it distracting and annoying to the reader. I have never before purchased an older book with as many and unnecessary mark-ups as this book.

World the Best of firefly book store

I dont live close to here but I visit everytime I am in town or send my daughter who is a student at the college to pick up my orders. They always have what I am looking for, the staff is so kind, and the prices are unbeatable. Its my favorite, quant little shop in Kutztown!

I loved it! The packaging was great! The cover wasn't what I was expecting, but I was still pleasantly surprised with the version that I received. Overall, It was a wonderful experience!!!!

Firefly Bookstore has a warm, welcoming feel that makes browsing a real pleasure. The selection is thoughtfully chosen, and the staff clearly care about books and readers alike. It's the kind of place you want to come back to again and again.

While shopping with Firefly bookstore I inadvertently added a book that I already owned. After the sale was complete and I realized the mistake I wrote telling them what happened.

They cancelled the order and refunded the money from the purchas within a couple of days. I believe this is the kink of customer service that brings people back to shop for other items.

The staff is always so knowledgable and helpful. Everything is clearly marked and they have lots of puzzles, games and other gift ideas--funny socks etc.
