Fake jellycat items. Email them for return and refund, and never get the response!
I used this website to purchase two specific Jellycat bunny keychains for Easter. I placed the order in early March 2026. It took nearly one month to receive the order and I had to send an email to customer service to get the package to move. I received TWO incorrect items. I paid for the largest size keychain: I received the mini and midsize items. I have emailed customer service three times to request a refund and figure out how to send back the incorrect items.
