I’ve read a few bad reviews regarding Fenetre24. I cannot comment on those but only the experience I received as a professional building company that has had the misfortune to have dealt with other French/European ‘professional window suppliers’..
To summarise: Hugo was amazing, he throughly checked my order and made some recommendations which we followed.
Sara (Logistics) was less amazing compared to Hugo (Sara gets 4.5 stars compared to Hugo’s 5 stars…sorry Sara but you were still exceptional).
Quality is absolutely top class. I ordered Schucco windows. Huge sizes/not standard.
Order value was just in excess of 30,000€ the same order with a local company for the same product was slightly over 58,000€…!!
I’ve used Fenetre24 before but this time they excelled themselves. Without a doubt I will be ordering with them again.
Exceptional service, exceptional product…not bad delivery (I put the small delivery issue down to the size and access for the windows, I’m sure a standard size delivery would not have caused any issues).
5 stars overall. Well done Fenetre24!!

Windows look a great quality
Windows look a great quality. Not put them in as yet. Very good responses from the office when waiting for delivery. However had to wait 4 months rather than the quoted approximate time of 6 weeks.

4 months delay, no clients service , no informations, we had to call in germany to finally speak to someone, the window arrived in a pity state and very very low quality... some have intended claim with police here in france as they were never delivered, this is a german brand so they can do what they want with-out any legal pursuit. we dont recomend this firm at all.

The windows are of excellent quality and fitting them is very easy. They are solid and the neighbours are almost as impressed as I am.
