Ive bought a favela t shirt from a trusted and famous clothing 3rd party company in my cpuntry and i must say it s one of my fav t shirts. Idd kinda arrived a bit late but it did arrived and even after 5 washes still looks and feel the same. Now ive ordered another 2 favela t shirts from the same retailer, saying will arrive in one week. If that won t be true, and the t shirts won t be the same quality, will edit this review. Untill then, from what ive bought, i m very pleased with it

I ordered an item in january and never got it, after countless e-mail, messages to their instagram page, only got one reply saying the item would be sent soon. I never got it and since then, no further reply.
Also tryed to call their custumer service number but, it´s never possible to contact them.

Ordered 2 overpriced t shirts the 06/07/2026, and to this day the 08/08/2026, my order is still not shipped, I sent 2 emails and I got 0 answers, this is ridiculous, don't order from them

!!Biggest scam!! I lost my money €422,73. How can this guy still be online, doing things like this? Look how many people who got scammed. Cant we do anything? Start something like a facebook group? His instagram is: eugen_favela.

Didn't receive half of my order, tried to refund and got nothing. Sent many emails and messages. Commented on Eugen's picture about him being a scammer and got blocked. I recommend all of you go to his IG account eugen_favela and write under all of his photos about what kind of person he is. He now has a new company vh.cologne on IG which will most likely be another scam.

Absolutely horrible experience. Person serving our table wasnt friendly, was rude and when I asked about meat on plate he said he will not give me,bc I have on the plate (I had small fat parts which I dont like). When we asked about coctails we received info that we will not get them bc its to busy😅 sebastian serving meat on our table was ignoring my partner constantly when he was coming to our table, we asked 3 times and after that we give up. Absolutely horrible experience. We was customers not for first time, but for sure that was last time! And meat wasnt fresh! I talked with menager after our trip there and I hope they will do something, bc this is not acceptable what happen to us there!

Order nade in february and no refund and no answer back and the brand opend again an online shop after announcing they will be closing and putting up a 50% sale that they didnt deliver,people lost up to 500e per order and should sue them for that..disgrace of a company 🤮

Still no answer from Eugen Kelberer. Still no refund from Eugen Kelberer. Still no parcel from Eugen Kelberer. He keeps sending some techno hoes stuff for free, while the people who actually paid are left ignored. Dont ever consider buying their bad quality products. This is a scam "business". They order dropshipping from China and sell it for 100€ 😂 what a joke

Never got my package i paid for over 2 months ago. Ignoring me on every platform. This is 100% a scam. Now they even sell their stuff on EMP which is crazy to me that they owe thousands of euros but a big company is willing to sell their stuff. Germans man...

SCAM!!! Returned all my items and got no money back worth of hundreds of euros. Doesn‘t answer on e-mails nor on phone calls.

They literally stole my money, ghosted me on IG and don't answer to the mail, thieves.

I don’t recommend Favela. They used to be okay, but they’ve really gone downhill lately. I waited over a month for my package and received the wrong order. After three weeks of trying to contact them, I ended up with zero response and got blocked on Instagram by them when I tried to expose their practices. I’m out almost a grand, so I’ve already filed a complaint with the ECK. I advise against buying from them.

Placed an order two months ago and it never arrived, yet I kept getting automatic emails to review their product. It’s a scam, don’t bother.

I do not recommend this store. I ordered several items and paid for them, but part of my order was never delivered because some products were marked as “sold out”.

Despite the fact that I paid for the items, the missing products were not refunded. I contacted customer support multiple times by email, but I never received any response. Communication from this webshop is extremely poor.

Made an online purchase at the end of January. It’s early March now and it hasn’t been shipped. Stay away!

I had to wait a month for the package to even be shipped, despite the promise of 5-10 days. The sweatshirt I ordered turned out to be a disappointment; the graphic was almost invisible, and the inside was dirty. The tag says "Made in Pakistan," so it's probably dropshipping. I don't recommend this company.

Sent me broken product, accepted complaint and never returned full money + quality of new products is really bad

Parcel never handed over to DHL. Waste of time, and money. PayPal didn't even argue when raising the dispute. Instant refund. Avoid.
