It was our anniversary on 11/02, and this was not what we expected. We were greeted at the front door and since it was our anniversary we expected to be seated no in a high traffic area, but instead we were seated next to the server's water station where there was continuous back and forth of the servers. The server asked for our order and since this was our 1st time and we came in based upon the online advertised price of $49.00 which I now see is even better price at $45.00. The server pointed out that the special that we were referring to expired on 11/01 which I found hard to believe, but nevertheless, we placed out order. I would have thought that since we did reserve our table as an anniversary reservation that the seating location would have been more appropriate. The food was just ok and when my wife wanted a cut of meat medium well to well done the server carrying the meat, which was medium rare, told her to close her eyes and she wouldn't notice the difference. Well, that was not the case, she was very upset with his comment. As well as I would like to say that we enjoyed the experience, we did not this was the low point of our evening. I expected more and my expectations were not met. This occurred at the Jacksonville, FL. location at4784 Town Center Pkwy.

Went to Fogo de Chão on a Saturday night with my brother and the host had us seated in about twenty minutes even though the place was packed. Our server kept bringing the lamb and the cheese bread was hot every time, and the salad bar had way more than I expected. Only real complaint is the cost, two of us with a couple drinks got close to a hundred and fifty dollars. Would go back for a birthday or something but not a regular thing.

Gm is extremely rude to his employees was wanting my food cooked longer had no problem waiting he comes up and says stop being spoiled he constantly yells at his employees every single day to a point where I got sick and tired of him yelling at me and disrespecting me I just quit walked right out I do not recommend this place for anyone to work whatsoever you'll be treated so bad by the management

Celebrating my 60th birthday was absolutely awesome, and Justin helped make it a memorable experience! He catered to all 15 of my guests and made sure everyone was taken care of.

Justin was professional, attentive, and very accommodating. He made great suggestions, listened to what I wanted, and was willing to make accommodations to ensure everything went smoothly.

The service was truly 5-star from beginning to end! I would definitely recommend Justin to anyone looking for excellent service, great attention to detail, and someone who genuinely cares about making your event special.

I’m Brazilian and have been to Fogo de Chão many times throughout the United States, and this was by far the worst experience (Washington DC) I’ve ever had at any location. After having a few drinks, bartender William treated me in a very disrespectful and judgmental way for no reason. I was happy, not making any scene, and certainly not driving, so there was no excuse. I even spoke with General Manager Ricardo Ferracini, who apologized and personally served me. If the manager can see I was fine, maybe the bartender should learn how to treat customers with basic respect. As a Brazilian, I expect better from a place like Fogo de Chão. This was embarrassing, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.

For the first 30 minutes servers bypassed our table while serving guest on both sides of me. After receiving only a couple offerings the hostess asked to bring the bill.
This was not a power lunch with unlimited offerings. After 2 hours and almost $200, I got what amounted to a couple pieces of meat, no sides, and no service. Very disappointed.....

Me and my family travel often and eat at several different restaurants along our way. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that my experience at Fogo De CHÃO is the best I’ve ever had. The food speaks for itself, but the service and staff are amazing. They’re Friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Especially my experience with Sir Divantino. I hope you all have the privilege of having him take care of you.

Afternoon lunch with my daughter service 10/10 waiters and service impeccable diffrent kinds of meat could not fault any off them salad bar everything you could think off hot sides defiantly go along you wont be disappointed i certainly will be back

Expensive and just very average,

Visited Liverpool restaurant yesterday, almost £50 tip added to bill, service was not even average, had to remind waiter about drinks order after waiting 25 mins, best cuts of meat are scarce, chips and mash arrived after we had eaten, chicken was dry - there really is nothing positive about our experience - definitely better available for the price, not a restaurant I would recommend

Wowwwww, took my wife for her birthday brunch. All I can say is amazing all those wonderful cuts of meat and the salad bar with prosciutto and star fruit, the waitress Libya was incredible!!!!!!!

Terrible service. We had a reservation but still had to wait over 30 minutes. The reception staff had a rude and disrespectful attitude, which made the whole experience very unpleasant. Such a shame, because the meat itself was actually quite good.

This was my worst experience ever!

I made a reservation for 6:45 PM on April 30th, my birthday. I had a disabled friend from Seattle visiting me to celebrate at Fogo de Chão in Scottsdale. The flight and everything went well.

We took an Uber from the hotel to Fogo, and there was a huge line. Already 5 minutes after my reservation time, we finally spoke to the lady at the entrance. She checked me in and told us we had to wait a few minutes.

15 minutes later (my friend is disabled, and I was wearing high heels), I asked how much longer it would take to get a table. There were many people waiting, a pregnant lady, an elderly couple, etc. The answer was just a few more minutes.

Long story short, we asked again after 30 minutes of waiting, and again after 45 minutes. I then called an Uber. We left at 7:45 PM, exactly an hour after my birthday dinner should have started.

I assume I do not have to explain that this birthday celebration was not at all what was planned, what my friend was flying in for and we ended up searching for a place that does not close at 9 pm, so I did at least get a dinner.

My feet were hurting after standing an hour in high heels, my friend had really bad back pain and needed to take 4 Ibuprofen to get rid off, and the whole evening was totally messed up.

If you want a nice evening, a celebration, I cannot recommend this place at all.

Kayley Garcia is so sweet and kind she is the best she always makes sure everything was perfect and she explained everything

I wasn’t going to write a review but I was really bummed by my experience and they should know. This was my second year coming to the downtown Portland, OR location for my birthday. The previous year was great. This year not so much. Our waitress had a bad attitude. And after I told her I had a reward for my birthday she passed us off to a new waiter without saying anything. No, my shift is over, I’m going on break, I’m passing you off to my colleague, nothing. So the new guy is decent. He comes to check on us periodically. Mind you it was my friend and I, and probably like 5 other tables. It looked pretty slow but it seemed like forever between time getting checked on. So I told the second waiter it was my birthday I got my free desert but forgot to give him my reward because I told the first waitress. So when he brought my bill I told him about the reward and he told me he couldn’t adjust the bill because he already rang it up. I’ve never been to a restaurant where the bill can’t be adjusted for a customer, with rewards. I was beyond pissed. My experience with the restaurant has been tarnished. I treat myself once a year, and it cost too much not to have enjoyed myself thoroughly. It really bummed me out and I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I honestly don’t see myself going back ever.

Los Angeles santa monica is not a good restaurant. All was cold including the beef we ordered. Super rip off. I simply can't recommend the food. Bad quality. Sorry but I'm not going again

Isiah was amazing. Definitely enjoyed the whole experience, lovely service, prompt and accommodating. Will come again.

Amazing steak house in Brighton. Attentive waitress and amazing tableside service of cut skewered meats. The buffet was incredible with sooooo many choices. Can't speak highly enough of the experience.

Meat was okay, but not so careful with getting your clothes dirty.
