I ordered from them and got an email the next day confirming the order, but saying they were awaiting payment from Paypal. I checked Paypal a few days later and they'd been paid the day I ordered so I emailed to let them know. No response, so did the same the next day - no response again. The following day I emailed again, with a screenshot confirming they had been paid, but cancelled my order and said if I wasn't refunded within 3 days, I'd tell Paypal it was a fraudulent payment. Surprise , surprise, they responded then to say they'd had 'issues' with the Paypal link. Not enough to bother to let me know though.... They might have good prices (if you can get the goods) but their customer service is shocking!

They told me they couldn't give my order to me and when I asked for a refund they aired me it's been weeks and I'm still not over this I want my refund!!!

Was a bit sceptical about the website after reading the reviews but decided to take a risk as I couldn’t get the product anywhere else. From the beginning to the end of the ordering process no issues whatsoever. Product arrived after few days as expected so definitely will use the website again in the future.

Order placed 28.08.25 order received 09.09.25. They advertise shipping orders within 24 hours but the actual delivery time is just long.

Ordered for over £60 on 09.07.2025. They shipped my order but then Evri lost it. Reported it to Ezebra and requested refund as goods not received but they decided that no replying to my request is gonna solve their problem. Tried to contact their customer service by email, Facebook and Instagram and also requested refund via their website but no response.
I only got money back because I contacted my bank and requested a chargeback.
For now is just temporary refund as they also need a response from the store.
Unfortunately but my experience with Ezebra is very bad. Been waiting for over 3 weeks for my parcel or a refund and not sure how much longer they’d keep me waiting if I wouldn’t have contacted the bank. Will avoid in the future.

Don't know why so many bad reviews, been ordering from Ezebra every month for 2 years and never had any problem whatsoever.
But never had to return anything eather!

I ordered my Bourjois products on Sunday 18th May all delivered by Friday 23 May. These products are really hard to find and the colours I wanted even harder
Having read multiple reports that this is a scam site I was very worried but i am relieved and happy to say that my order went well and Ive got all my lovely products

Email is fake, bounces back. Took my money, delivered nothing and I also have no way to contact them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE GUYS.

I have placed an order with EZebra at the beginning of February 2025 to then receive a notification that Evri couldn't deliver my order and I had to get in touch with them however I'm unable to get in touch with them as this needs to done by a sender (!!!)

I have tried emailing EZebra however my email bounces back with below pop-up:

Recipient address rejected: Account is blocked

Absolutely disgraceful ... I have spent over £50.00
