This was a very stressful experience, and I don’t believe this website is genuine. I don’t know how they have so many positive reviews.
We applied for a Qatar visa through this website two months ago and never received any response. We emailed them several times and called them six times, each time being left on hold for around 30 minutes with no one answering. They also charged us almost four times more than the actual visa fee.
They told us that most Qatar visa applications from UK-based applicants were being rejected by the Qatar Embassy. However, when we applied directly through the Qatar Embassy, we received our visa within half an hour at a much more reasonable price.
I would strongly advise others not to use this website for a Qatar visa. It caused us a lot of unnecessary stress, poor communication, and a complete lack of customer service.
