I was really interested in purchasing a 3,000+ Euro item of furniture from Ethnicraft. I sent them a simple email, asking for dimensions of the item. It's now more than a week later and, despite further follow-ups from me - they haven't even bothered to respond to me. Not even an email to acknowledge the request.

If this is how they treat a prospective customer, it gives me zero confidence that this is a trustworthy business to buy a product from - let alone a product at the prices they sell. Best to avoid.

I really love Ethnicraft furniture. The designs are beautiful, with strong shapes and a clear story behind them. It’s great that everything is made from solid wood, which gives each piece a warm and high-quality feeling.

What I find especially remarkable is that whenever I receive compliments on my interior, they’re usually about my Ethnicraft furniture. These are truly timeless design pieces, and I would definitely recommend Ethnicraft.

The quality of the furniture is really great and long lasting. Besides this, I like the story and craftsmanship about their products, making their items really unique.

I recently bought a Bok table and I am really impressed by the design and quality of the furniture.

Just got the aged mirror tray, a very nice piece fitting perfectly in my interior. It’s a high quality piece and definitely to be recommended.

Poor quality control. Replacement coffee table just arrived. For the second time, the table is damaged. Does someone not inspect these items before they are shipped? QC is terrible.

Spent a significant amount of money on a table and 6 chairs, the table is damaged in the middle but Ethnicraft don't seem bothered, no offers to replace, no communications, no urgency and it seems I am just stuck with an expensive damaged brand new table.

Nice design, bad quality, bad service. Bought TV furnirure few months ago. Doors not working properly (two doors don’t open en close properly, one front not standing straight), reported but no solution yet.

Timeless design and super quality, really happy with my chairs.

I bought a sideboard and console table in black oak and was very pleased with the quality. So much so that I plan on buying more from this company for my living room. Tip: I bought acrylic mats to protect the surface and I recommend this to anyone buying wood furniture.
