The size of the shoes doesn't match at…
The size of the shoes doesn't match at all. My feet are 26 cm and they said the shoe was 26 cm inside but it was way to big. At least 2 cm to big.

Use English for international customers
You should use english to communicate with your international customers, the majority of your communications are in Spanish, this make it difficult to understand your messages.

The shoes are comfortable but have a problem
The shoes are comfortable, but unfortunately, the toe straps loosen very quickly and then the tip of the shoe catches as you walk. I am going to have a cobbler so the toe strap shut.

Because the size is definitely not european standard - the shoes were absolutely too small too short.
When you choose your normal size they won‘t fit and you pay für returning them 15 Euro.

Shoes look nice but are not true to size
Shoes look nice and seem comfortable, but they are way too small - I ordered my usual size and it does not fit at all. Plus, I now have to pay 10 Euros to send them back - this is too expensive in my opinion, I paid 5 Euro for having the shoes sent to me, now they want 10 Euros to send them back - this is not justified.

Expensive to return order from UK
Bought a pair of shoes to be delivered to the UK. They arrived after 2 weeks. The shoes were well made and comfy though i didn't like the colour. I ordered another pair in a different colour and arranged to send the original shoes back. This is where my problems started. It is very expensive and troublesome sending the shoes back to Spain from the UK. If i had known how much expense and hassle was involved in returning them i wouldn't have ordered from here in the first place. Something to think about before ordering.
