These shoes are beautiful, elegant, and of excellent quality! The craftsmanship and finishing are very professional. I really love them. At first, they rubbed my heels a little, but now they are fine.
I do think they could be slightly wider, and it would be great to have half sizes. Size 38 fits me almost perfectly, while size 39 would probably be too big. Since these shoes are worn without socks, a little more room for the toes would make them even more comfortable to walk in.
Anyway, they are truly beautiful, and I’m already considering buying another pair. Highly recommend!

I am very disappointed with Be Lenka trainers I recently bought. I own four other pairs of BL (I gave them five-star reviews on the websites where I purchased them). They are excellent in terms of quality, appearance, and fit (lots of space for toes), which is why I was so surprised by these trainers.
The toe box is much flatter than in my other pairs, so they feel too tight (I have wide feet) and the overall shape is not perfect like my other pairs.
I noticed that these trainers were made in Vietnam, and all of my other pairs were made in Portugal. I feel cheated to be honest. I will not buy BL shoes any more, unless this problem is sorted out in the future.

Poor customer service and delivery delays
The sandals themselves may be fine, but the customer service experience was very disappointing. At purchase, delivery was estimated at 2 to 3 weeks. The order took over a month to arrive and missed the family vacation we bought them for, so we had to purchase another pair. Be Lenka still required us to pay return shipping and refused to make an exception, even though the return was due to the delayed delivery rather than a change of mind. Based on this experience, I would be cautious ordering if timing matters.

Ordered 2 pairs, got delivered only 1 / customer service is bad
Unfortunately, my experience with Be Lenka's customer service has been very disappointing.
I ordered two pairs of shoes at 30th of may, but when my package arrived, one pair was missing. I contacted customer support immediately, and they informed me that they would open an investigation with DPD. I was told the investigation would take approximately two weeks. It has now been almost three weeks, and despite several follow-up emails, I still have not received any update, replacement, refund, or estimated timeline for resolving the issue. I understand that shipping problems can happen, but the lack of communication and the long waiting time is frustrating.
I liked the one pair that I received and was looking forward to becoming a returning customer, but the after-sales support has unfortunately left a very negative impression.
I sincerely hope this issue will be resolved soon. If it is, I will gladly update my review.
