Check the information in advance
An important part of the information that Eliza was Here sent in advance turned out to be incorrect. We found that out more or less by accident. As a result, we had to leave our rented bungalow in the meantime and spend the night in a hotel. Then we could return, but in a different bungalow. The manager of the accommodation has solved this in a very service-oriented and customer-friendly way. However, we had raised the alarm about this problem in advance with Eliza was Here. The first employee kept claiming by telephone that nothing was wrong. The second would forward the problem via chat to another department. After that I never heard anything again.
Flight and car rental were well arranged.
But booking with Elisha was Here: think before you start!

Warm People, Quiet Place, Lovely Stay
We had a truly pleasant and restful stay at Hotel Al Karob Yoga Boutique. It’s a quiet, beautiful place — ideal if you’re looking to slow down and take a real break.
What stood out most to us was the genuine hospitality of the team. Silvia, Savi, Rachel, and Santiago were kind, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed.
The hotel is tucked away in a peaceful part of town, offering a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. Each morning began with a beautiful breakfast, including fresh fruits straight from their garden — simple, delicious, and clearly prepared with care.

Perfectly Organized and Fantastic Stay
We had an excellent experience with Eliza was here, again. Great selection of destinations, clear communication, and always easy to reach by phone with quick, helpful answers. The whole trip was very well organized, including the rental car.
Our destination, Hotel Rural Binigaus Vell in Menorca, was simply fantastic. Beautiful location, excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and a delicious breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I would not recommend booking by Eliza…
I would not recommend booking by Eliza was here. First of all when you make a complain and they react on some point not all and you take the time on your vacation to sent a new email they just dont react. They accommodation was less then we expect. We paid a lot of money not to see a dirty shower and just not what you may expect with this price range. Also we had troubles with our car and the company give us a bad car so we needed to switch it in the middle of vacation what was driving 1 hour and 30 minutes. And above that there were also expected us to wait there a hour. All of this was really a no for us and we will not book here anymore!

Great rooms, nice pools, great breakfast and not the least, Superb assistance by the host's.. Pool's and sunbeds are great.
Price -> quality is good and everything is exactly as you see/read when you book. We booked through Eliza was here and everything is perfectly arranged.
A couple of minor things that could be beter is some more closet space to put your clothes, especially if you are staying for more than a week... The cooking top and seating is more than sufficient.

Amazing Stay at Alonia Villages
Amazing Stay at Alonia Villages – in Zakynthos, booked via Eliza was here! Highly Recommended!
We had a fantastic holiday at Alonia Villages on the beautiful island of Zakynthos. The location was perfect – centrally situated, which made it easy for us to explore the entire island.
The villa itself was absolutely wonderful and had everything we needed: a private pool, shaded outdoor area, excellent air conditioning in every room, a washing machine, dishwasher, and even a hairdryer. Everything was spotless and very well maintained.
The staff were incredibly friendly, and the owner, Flora, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was very helpful and gave us great tips about places to visit and things to do around the island.
We wholeheartedly recommend Alonia Villages to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Zakynthos. If you book this place, via Eliza was here, you’re guaranteed an amazing holiday – you definitely won’t regret it. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We stayed for 8 days in villa Alpathea Finiki Karpathos a great villa with lovely infinity pool and amazing view; every day cleaning and new towls. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We booked incl a car, because you need it in this area.

Very nice hotel and location
The hotel is perfect: very clean, staff was super friendly en made us feel welcome. We loved the private pool, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast... All ingredients were there for a relaxing vacation. Should be at least 4 stars instead of 3.
The town of Piskopiano is cosy, nice restaurants and shops, just a few minutes on foot.
