I greatly appreciate the way you handled my pendulant light issue. We needed a different canopy that would match our electrical box size. You responded relatively fast (most overseas companies lately don’t respond at all). And you offered to have your technicians help me. You stayed in touch and the light fixture is beautiful. We will name our first grandson Elenorra. Well, maybe not, but we will always think of you every time we are illuminated by your light.

Absolute Rubbish, Complete Waste of Money!

What an absolute joke! This is more like a cheap toy than a proper, functional product. Extremely disappointing, poor quality and a complete waste of money. I honestly cannot believe something like this is being sold. Save your money and don't bother buying it. Absolutely useless!

I received the blanket I ordered to gift it to a friend for her birthday and the pictures and information about the blanket stated and shown as the blanket being woven. The picture also shows frayed ends on the blanket. I received a fake silk looking giant scarf. For paying $89 and waiting almost 2 weeks for it to be delivered this is unacceptable. This “scarf” not blanket looks like I bought it from Temu!

Incredible customer service!

I brought a beautiful lamp from here - it really outshone my expectations (pardon the pun). But seriously, the service was great and the product was such high quality - I would definitely buy again!

I recently ordered a few pieces from Elenorra to update my space and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The items, particularly the lamps, look fantastic and have really elevated the look of my room. Everything arrived safely and I’m very pleased with the overall experience. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on their new collections.

I purchased a 16cm x 16cm Daintree frame from Elenorra on 8 July 2026 (order number 11049).

The many images represented the frame as being beautifully made from high-end timber with a dual-glass insert. And while the written description was scant, the colour options, cited as 'woodgrain' or 'black walnut', along with the premium price of $59 reinforced that it would be made of timber and of excellent quality.

Instead – some weeks later, after an unanswered email wondering about its whereabouts – a bubble-wrapped parcel arrived directly from China.

Inside was a piece of junk. The frame itself is made of some kind of composite board, coated with a timber-look-print plastic or foil-wrap. The 'glass' is two pieces of roughly-cut, thin perspex. Picture a $3 K-Mart frame – at best.

So, I emailed Elenorra on Friday 24 July, the day after receiving the frame, requesting a return and refund due to the item quality not matching that indicated on their site. I received no reply.

I emailed them again on 2 August with the same request – no reply.

I emailed them a third time on 8 August – again, no reply.

Which brings us to today, 19 August 2026.
$59 out of pocket with a $3 frame and ZERO response from the supplier who claims on their website to: "Illuminate your world with unparalleled elegance".

To anyone thinking of purchasing from this company, pop down to OfficeWorks or the $2-shop instead. Elenorra do not honour their claim of supplying "exquisite" or "elegant" goods, and worst of all they completely ignore you.

*Please note, that while my item came directly from China, they are an active Australian business registered in Sydney, postcode 2086. So they are required to meet automatic consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

If you're out there Elenorra, please get in touch, next step is reporting you to the NSW Department of Fair Trading.

UPDATE: After posting the above review I was contacted by Elenorra with a sincere apology, a desire to understand and rectify what went wrong, and a full refund. Additionally, while I did not request a replacement frame, I was sent a nice quality one as further recompense. Thanks again!

I ordered a few new things from Elenorra and they were all beautiful. I especially like the Ivo marble bowl and the Solenn table lamp. It transformed my bedroom. Thank you

Elenorra contacted me and followed up the courier. My package was temporarily lost while delivery. I have received my order now and I like it. Its lovely and as description in the website. I am happy with my order .

I ordered a chandelier advertised as a premium piece for $320. What arrived was far below the quality promised. The materials and finish feel cheap and substandard, nothing like the high-end look shown on the website.
Delivery was significantly later than the timeline I was given. Tracking showed it shipped directly from China, which explained the long wait.
When it finally arrived, the base is not a US standard fit and does not work with a regular ceiling junction box. On top of that, the fixture came with glue residue all over it.
Customer service has been difficult from the start. They were reluctant to accept a return, repeatedly asked for more pictures and videos, and take a long time to reply. The issue is still pending with no clear resolution in sight.
I expected a product that matched the premium description and price, along with reasonable service. Neither happened. I would not recommend buying from Elenorra based on this experience.
