This thing that barely conts as software refuse to work properly. It's only purpose to crush your game, because the EAC itself refuse to work, because of incompetence of people who made it.
Reccently I ran into problem that the game that uses EAC crushes, because the EAC itself crushes. Usually, you need to reinstall the software. How to do it? Use our ultra-mega-conviniently-build-in-special setup app!
And that setuper doesn't work. Like, it litteraly crushes on startup.
And there is no way you will work around it. You can't install it manually (because money) and now, you can't play your game even after reinstalling from the store. Because someone in reccent update forgot to put ";" in the end of the string, i guess.
Terrable app, surves no purpose. I wish your employees to finish an elementary school at least.

unfortunately i can´t give negative points, EAC crashes my pc on 2 games now, support is crap and not helpful
l at all - basically reinstall, and disable all security stuff from windows, i also reinstalled windows but of course no luck

This stupid company shills out the worst Anti cheat in the world that commonly makes you unable to play any game it is involved with for no reason whatsoever and with no fix whatsoever. And even if there was a possible fix to this, this company has no contact email or phone number so it isnt even possible to work out a solution with them. I have been unable to play multiple games out of nowhere because of their stupid anti cheat failing on my PC and its not as if im the only one with there being hundreds if not thousands of people online constantly everyday trying to look for a fix.

Easy AC is always causing problems. Any game I play that has this always ends up crashing at somepoint for some random reason. I fix that reason and then another one pops up. Only on games with this software.

im not banned on this app, every single game it starts on i can't play after a week for some reason and i get the same error validating certification. IVE DONE EVERY SUGGESTED FIX SAME PROBLEM. THERES NO WAY TO GET SUPPORT ON THIS ISSUE. THIS IS NOW 5 GAMES I CAN"T PLAY WHAT THE F!!!!!!!!!!

Easy Anti-Cheat blocks virtual machines, which removes access to games for users on cloud PC platforms.

There is no public support channel for VM compatibility issues and no documented process for requesting exceptions or clarification. The restriction is applied at the infrastructure level without advance notice to users.

The effect is a complete loss of access for affected users despite no change in their setup.

awful customer support, stupid errors, doesnt let you play games. get a grip

Since this app was added to the game I play regularly, I've noticed a significant drop in fps, freezes, and even crashes, which are much more frequent. I've also noticed that this is happening to several other players and that it's not just my personal experience. Since EAC was installed on my PC, everything has become extremely slow, as if there were malware somewhere, but no antivirus can detect where it's coming from. Once again, I have serious doubts about EAC.

If you are a developer, I strongly advise against this anti-cheat software, which bans pretty much anything it wants and whose customer service is USELESS. In addition, there has also been an increase in the number of people hacking the game, whether it be impossible damage, aimbots, or ESP.

I was banned even though the game was not installed on my computer. I have over 1500 games in my library and I take great care and attention to my account, but this ban is unpleasant.
Also, my appeal has been showing as "Appeal Pending" for 27 days. When I write to the Facepunch support team, my ticket is automatically closed and I cannot log in.

I've been creating threads on numerous platforms for days, searching for help, but I haven't found any. This ban has upset me greatly and cast a negative light on my account. It's an unfair ban.

Easy anti cheat is perma banning a lot of people falsely I know a lot of people being forced to enable secure boot to play new AAA titles but after they did easy anti cheat permanent banned them and never fixed it I have not opted to purchase any game requiring it because of this I heeded my friends warning and am still able to play on rage mp for example I think they should fix this make a way to actually contact them available and if not all companies who use EAC should cancel the contracts with this terrible company they don't stop cheaters had a guy throwing cars at me the other day in gta RP trash company all around

This *anti-cheat* is a complete robbery. My account with 5k+ hours in rust and $1k of inventory was banned for no reason. I got a comment in steam "congratulation for game banned from my report". They just banned me because I was reported? That is funny, that is his problem that he thinks I am a cheater. I am a fair player, and im not cheater. Its a robbery

0 tolerance policy with faulty bans. I have asked reason of ban and got ignored. Never got unbanned and never received reason of ban. Support team? nah they don't have it. Contacts? impossible...
They will do nothing to solve problems. Ofc streamers can get unbanned even with 0 tolerance policy...

Got false banned on rust after my internet went out briefly. I opened the game spawned in as I had gotten killed and was instantly banned for cheating. It's now been almost 100 days I'm still banned and probably won't ever get unbanned because I am ban evading a ban that shouldn't have been there in the first place. Oh and the appeal I put in on their website has said appeal pending for that entire duration.
When it comes to actual cheaters I put in a report and 2 months later they finally get banned.

Got falsely banned in Dead by Daylight after what I can only assume were mass reports from salty players. I wasn’t cheating at all. just playing the game. I’ve sent multiple emails to Easy Anti-Cheat over the past two weeks with zero response.

Imagine getting banned for no reason and then completely ignored by the company responsible. no explanation, no customer support. just reference ID check and "denied" wtf? Absolutely unacceptable.

This is how you lose trust in your anti-cheat system. by punishing legit players and never owning up to mistakes. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do better.

Cant detect the most obvious cheater flying arround spinbotting, but can prevent you from starting up your game for no reason at all while having no support to fix the problem with you until you are forced to reset your whole PC and download every single game and software again.
