Looking into the order, we can see that two different addresses were entered during checkout: one billing address and one delivery address. This explains why the original shipment was delivered to a different address than expected.

The pillow has helped my daughter, who has chronic pain, to sleep more comfortably which makes it absolutely amazing. I am so grateful. She uses it in U shape position, so she can use her special neck pillow with it. It allows for her entire body from head to toe to be properly supported.

I absolutely LOVE this pillow
I absolutely LOVE this pillow! I wasn't familiar with Velvære so was a little anxious when ordering, however my pillow arrived quickly, well packaged and it's exceeded expectations. I sleep in a giant, cozy hug every night. I honestly don't know how I will sleep in a bed without my pillow again. I can't recommend it enough as my lower back pain has been easing too. This was the main driver for me ordering this pillow and it has not disappointed! 🙌🏻

I’m happy with the products that I ordered, and they live up to the expectations I have.
What I’m not crazy about is Helthjem delivery. They deliver items early in the morning and leave them by the front door. Anyone could walk by and take the package. I would rather pick it up at the post office.
