After contacting Twinkly about a malfunction with our outdoor lights, we received a quick response with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Even better, they sent a follow-up email to make sure everything was resolved and to offer further help if needed.

Fortunately, the issue was solved, and our lights are working perfectly again!

I’m happy with the products that I ordered, and they live up to the expectations I have.
What I’m not crazy about is Helthjem delivery. They deliver items early in the morning and leave them by the front door. Anyone could walk by and take the package. I would rather pick it up at the post office.

The product did not take long to arrive. When I received the product (almond butter roasted), there was no seal on the product. I haven’t seen that before where there wasn’t at least tape on the lid or plastic around the top of the lid to protect from opening. This means that anyone can open the product before it reaches the customer. I feel better having a seal on any food product I receive. I have opened the product and used it and I’m still alive 🤩

Produktet er bra, men det var veldig dårlig med fyllmateriale og emballasje som kunne beskytte varene. Det lå løst i esken. Heldigvis var ingenting var ødelagt.
