Disappointed but not surprised

Would not recommend anyone to use this company. Pretty sure I, with 0 knowledge, would've been faster if I got the parts myself and watched a YouTube tutorial on how to install them.

He ordered a shower basin for our bathroom in April. Failed to mention that said basin was out of stock for approximately 12 weeks. Somewhere during this time the order got lost which caused further delay. And during that delay, he went on a holidays for four weeks.
Now, back from his holidays, he just told us he ordered the wrong size basin.
We should've moved into this place four months ago. FOUR.

Absolutely ridiculous. Been impressed so many times during this renovation by how incredibly bad one can be at their job, and that's before the actual installation even started.

I am once again mesmerised by the effort you DO NOT NEED to put in and still HAVE A JOB.
