I'd highly recommend this company. Their products are great - sturdy and easy to put together and fast delivery. Just as importantly I have had excellent customer service - very quick responses and no hassle sorting things out (one issue was totally my fault and they were great). It's a UK based company which really helps.

Great customer service
I had problems with the delivery via DPD. I emailed Gym Master for help with it and they were all over it - multiple emails and follow ups to make sure I got my stuff - and it came a few days later well packaged and top quality.

Very unhappy customer
Very unhappy customer. The order was delivered to the wrong address and no delivery confirmation was provided. This was only discovered once I chased the order. Gym Master then refused to ship a replacement, even though they had my money until they resolved with the shipping company. I am a Gym Master customer, not a customer of the shipping company. This is totally unacceptable service, especially given the cost involved. Think carefully before you order from Gym Master.

Great cable machine
Great product at a decent price. Highly recommended.
The only comment of note is that the tracking info was not updated so my delivery came unexpectedly. Luckily someone was in to accept it as there were a few heavy boxes.
Getting a delivery early is always nice but only if someone is in to accept it.
Love my new cable machine though.

I placed a simple order for two 2kg weight plates. DPD made no effort to deliver the plates and returned them back to the supplier. Despite requesting re-delivery, I’ve been given a refund. Not at all impressed

As the item was refused, when the item arrived back to our warehouse, we issued a full refund, as we would be unable to confirm if a replacement item would also be refused.

Great products, great customer service
Bought a step bench and a set of neoprene dumbbells. Step bench is great, really sturdy, but I made a mistake with the dumbbells, completely my fault but they couldn't have been more prompt and helpful re the return. I'll now buy the correct set from Gymmaster, no hesitation about using them in future.

Fast delivery and everything came as should be.
Only reason not 5 star is because the pull up bar is painted in the same stuff as the rest of the rack and quite slippy if you have sweaty hands which is a shame and something you would expect to be an obvious issue.

Amazing support and product
My husband item was misplaced with delivery. However when I contacted the company they sent a replacement. It’s only took 2 days for the item to arrive and the customer service was amazing. They understood the problem and replied very quickly to my emails. The product is perfect my weight training husband. Will definitely ely be ordering again
