Amazing quality adjustable dumbbells,very quick delivery these guys gotta be the best I’ve used , wish I’d got all my other gym equipment from them .

Be careful with reviews on the website as I have now learned some of them are fake and any negative review gets removed.

After seeing the positive reviews for this company and the competitive price for adjustable dumbbells I bought a set of 40kg. Don't.

The dumbbells are flimsy, hard to re rack when lifting a heavy weight as the plates not in use tend to fall over and collapse towards the centre. The plates often dont click into place or select one too many plates. I now need to check each time that there isn't any extra plates selected or else the plates come flying off (see picture below).

Customer service is worse. When purchasing a set of 40kg adjustable dumbbells I put in the wrong payment method. I asked for the order to be cancelled so I could use the correct payment method, which was agreed. I was told my original order had been cancelled.

Despite this, two orders arrived. I declined the second on delivery and contacted customer service who apologised and informed me a refund would be issued in 10 working days. One month later and several emails later still no refund!

I again contacted them and told them I would escalate this further if no refund was received. Within a matter of minutes I had my refund. No further response. No apology.

Clearly the company want to keep as many refunds in their accounts for as long as possible to get as much interest as possible on their company account. Not realising the negative effect this has on their products and word of mouth.

A truly disappointed customer who was in the market to buy many more products.

It's rare to find a British company that not only sends you the correct equipment but also manages to send it on time! I also appreciate the little extras thrown in such as protein beaker, skipping rope, extra oly bar locking collars and wrist wraps. Was the cheapest site online I could find as well. Truly a five star company and will be using them again.

Bought a bench and 20kg cast iron plates a while back and forgot to leave a review.
Bench is holding up nicely and very solid.
Delivery was spot on from what i can remeber too.

I ordered a leg curl machine and weight rack with a Smith machine.
Both turned up
In good time and in good condition.
I had a couple of small technical problems with a small fixing plate missing and a cable being too short.
However customer services have been fantastic and easy to communicate with.
Love the kit. It’s sturdy enough for a home gym and looks great too.
Easy to put together though the instructions were a little vague in some steps.
Happy customer who will return to eventually get the Spartan Pro Rack.

Ordered my equipment about 3 weeks ago and it came within a week. Everything is to a great standard and very reasonably priced! The frame was pretty simple to assemble but took a bit of time, but once it was fully up it works great and have had a good few workouts with it already. They did send me the wrong length bar initially, but it was all sorted within a day (the first response from my email actually came within 10 minutes). Highly recommended for personal gyms and I will be buying more from them again!

Great equipment, excellent value for money and customer support has been decent when I had delivery questions. I had to wait 4 weeks for the equipment to arrive, however, it was on pre-order from the start and it was delivered on the exact day they suggested 4 weeks in advance. They been explained why they're was a delay. I brought a rack, 150kg bumper plate set, BB, bench, adjustable dumbbells, and a few other small bits. Certainly recommend these guys for equipment when you need stuff for your home gym.

I bought gym equipment with these guys in July 2025, and have to write a review because the equipment, delivery time and customer service was excellent.
The equipment is delivered quickly, and a year later, the dumbbells, rack, bench, plates, barbell are all solid. There was a small fault with one of the plates on my initial delivery, but customer service were honestly amazing and sorted it straight away. I’ve recommended this company to my mates and would 100% buy equipment from here again.

Cannot recommend these guys enough.

The adjustable dumbbells are fantastic to use and so easy to change weight.

I had a slight problem with one part and they responded to my email with a fix in less than 15 mins.

Bought the 32kg adjustable dumbells with 1kg increments, easy set up,great quality and look fantastic, they really are a game changer for me, simple to use and workouts feel more intense due to quick weight change for drop and supersets. Highly recommended

Fantastic service, ordered the 40kg with 1kg increment dumbbells in black, arrived in Edinburgh in 2 working days, one of the boxes looked damaged and sure enough when i opened it, 2 of the clips on one of the plates where broken. Literally minutes after i sent an email to Muscleiq, i received a confirmation from FedEx saying the replacement parts were on they’re way, arrived the next day and so far the weights are amazing, definitely worth the money, I will definitely be purchasing again from this company

40kg premium adjustable dumbbells in silver arrived very quickly. Quality of the product is very very impressive for the price.

I had a minor cosmetic defect and had a replacement part arrive literally the day after I emailed them. Their email communication was very quick and helpful. I would confidently buy from MuscleIQ again.

Excellent customer service - contacted the queries email address after the pin on one of the dumbbells became faulty, replacement arrived the next day 🙌

I have been massively impressed with the quality of the kit from Muscle IQ. Everything feels gym quality and looks awesome.

I bought a Multi Functional Power Rack with 1:1 90Kg Stacks. This is a serious piece of kit. The build quality is excellent. Absolutely zero movement when the rack is complete and the cable pulleys are super smooth.

The accessories are also great quality I bought the lat pulldown seat, the cable pull footplate and the landmine attachment. All are completely solid and easy to fit.

Along with the rack I got the Olympic Fleck Bumper Plates and my rubber flooring. Both look great and work really well. The floor was super easy to install.

I did a lot of research before I went ahead and I don’t think there is anywhere else you can achieve the value and quality of Muscle IQ.

Finally to add, the customer service has been great. I accidentally cut my cable too short, they sent me a replacement FOC and it was here within a couple of days.

I had not used muscleiq before and found them on a google search when looking for a pair of dumbbells. The price was the best I could find - so great value - plus an extra discount code which was great 😃
Ordered in the afternoon- arrived by courier the next day for no extra cost. Ordering was easy and trouble free (via Apple Pay).
The dumbbells are solid, well made and I am delighted.
Thoroughly recommend this store and would order from them again.
