Globus cancelled our Tour again!
The small group tours are always challenging, Excursions are cancelled and Tours are cancelled consistently! If the group size is not what they expect they just up and cancel the excursions and the whole tour. The regular tours are 50+ People and the tour guides just can't handle that many People, this is why we choose the small group tours which are 25 people or less. Globus is also cutting everything around the edges, more paid excursions, Less plated Dinners, more redundant travel time lower class hotels and not even a Glass of wine with Dinner. We have traveled with Globus for years and many times! It is very disappointing to see a great Company putting profit margins over customer experience.

The in-house jeweler damaged an expensive watch of mine during a battery change and never told me it took a jeweler in Neustadt to repair the damage. Watch your change at the cigarette lotto stand, as one staff member can be a little dishonest at times. The restaurant is good at the moment, but some years back, I had a bad experience with lazy staff calling security when I asked for a meal 30 minutes before they closed. However, the majority of staff are pretty good and honest. The supermarket is old and tired and badly needs a revamp; it is like shopping in the 1980s

Wrong product delivered, no reply to message sent, even on the phone the first call was just ended. There is no way for them to exchange product or deliver the correct one, the only way is to make a new order and payment even if I haven’t even received my first order. Really bad service, will not be using them again.
