Great Experience with Globehunters. We had wonderful customer service from Roop Kumar who was extremely patient and helpful with organising flight bookings for our overseas family holiday. He went above and beyond with problem solving payment issues with our Bank, was a good listener and very prompt in responding to e-mails and phone calls. Roop assisted with ensuring young children were placed in seats next to parents. All the booking confirmations and E-tickets were e-mailed promptly after a few hours. Thank you for a seamless process.

Absolute scam of an agency
Absolute scam of an agency. Do not book with them!
I paid $2,200 for flights, but needed to shift my return flight a couple days. When I checked their live website, the fare difference for the new dates was only around $0. Yet, their support team tried to slug me with over $1,000 change fee for a simple date adjustment. When I tried to cancel out of frustration, they told me they would pocket $950 of my hard-earned money as a cancellation penalty, offering a measly $35 discount to fix the issue. Complete extortion and zero customer support. The person I spoke to was talking down to me and being arrogant. Avoid at all costs and book directly with the airline instead!

Staff were helpful
Staff were helpful, especially Austin Richards who handled my query in profesional manner, only problem was receving my ticket, it still had not come to my email over 3hrs after paying full amount. Would use again and recomend Austin.
