I called to do a return and refund and no response on the 800 #.
I tried the support and Nothing will go thru

I’ve received two unauthorized orders. I’ve tried to contact customer support and my email is returned. I called the 800 number and you got a bunch of advertisements to scam you even further. I have contacted my bank and any unauthorized payments will be reported as fraud. This is very frustrating they take advantage of older people like myself.

I ONLY ORDERED BECAUSE I SAW DR. BEN CARSON AND IT WAS ABOUT PARASITES! WHAT COST ME OVER $235.⁰⁰ SAYS NOTHING ABOUT PARASITES! IT SAYS BLOOD OPTIMIZER SUPPORT! I LOST MY HUSBAND YESTERDAY TO DEMENTIA AND A BROKEN HIP. NOW I'VE BEEN SCAMMED!

When I tried to cancel the order I was told I couldn't so the girl refunded half of the money.

I placed an order on June 22 and then, within minutes, I read a review and canceled my order. They confirmed my cancelation and promissed to send my money back. I have called every few days and was told it was sent. Contacted my bank, and still to this day, July 17th have not received my money. This organization seems to be scamming!

Do not order this product unless you want your money taken from you and not returned. I placed an order for one bottle and one bottle free and I was charged for 6 bottles. After speaking to the company a second time there was an agreement between myself and the company that they would refund me most of my money and still give me one bottle and one bottle free, but that total ended up being $65.00. When I found that out, I called back to say, I did not want the order at all. I was told the order already shipped. I was told that once I receive it to not open the package and to return the product to them, which I did. I had the package tracked, and they received it. And now they're telling me that there was supposed to be an RFA #. I was never told of this. Today I contacted them about my refund and they told me that I would not be getting my money back and now of course, i've shipped the pills back to them. These people are fraudulent and scam artists and like I said, do not order from them at all.

This company is a total scam. They had a video about their hair regrowth product, of which they don’t even sell. They sent me the dietary supplement junk which I don’t want. Don’t order anything from this company!

Like everyone else that order the Gluco product. I wish I would have done more research. Order one got three and fell for the 23.00 price. Charge 189.00.and no response from the company. It a shame that Elon Musk is doing this spam.

ordered 1 bottle of gluco only but they charged my card almost 200 dollars and sent me 2 bottles plus something called detox daily which I never heard of. tried to cancel but could not. not my first scam from these supplement scammers but is my last as I will not buy anybodys again.

I received Glykonex and have no record of ordering but can't seem to contact anyone to find out. I keep a list of everything I order and this is not on it. Beware!

I found an unauthorized transaction for $129.99 on my credit card, not knowing what this was for i called & got a woman on the phone who spoke in a whisper, the static on the line made it nearly impossible for me to hear her & she then proceeded to hang up on me. I will contact the Better Business Bureau & the New Jersey dept.of Consumer Affairs & the Fraud dept. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE

My 80 year old friend ordered these supplements because the video showed Elon Musk promoting it. Total scam! They charged her $189
Now canceled debit card and working with the bank to get refund.

This is a scam. They scammed my 88 year old mother into purchasing these 'supplements' and they completely contradict her Rx meds. When I contacted them immediately, they refused to cancel the order. I even asked them to at least change the shipping address so I could intercept them to keep her from taking them. To no avail. They are now screening my calls, refusing to help me, hanging up on me, or just putting me on hold indefinitely. This is sickening.

This is a scam!!! I never ordered this product, I was looking at something else and couldn't make up my mind but your order crap won't let you just look with out putting in some info! I'll be returning your junk and I will get a refund. This is across state lines so it's federal fraud .

SCAM!!! Do not order. They charged us $300 dollars for something that was supposed to be only $39.95. Unable to contact by phone. Phone hangs up after one ring. Email is fraudulent. Will not go through. Working with our bank to dispute charges to get our money back. Do not order this product.

I ordered something for COPD for $39.95, they are charging my credit card for $300, for something I didn't order, credit card order will be cancelled immediately. Definitely a scam

I ordered $49.00 worth of product and my account was charged $259.00. I tried contacting the customer support number and not only did no one answer, but after 2 rings, it disconnected. I have tried calling several times with the same thing happening. I just want a refund to my account.

They took $299.00 out of my bank account that wasn't authorized. Direct express wants info from me. I had 2 knees replaced and cant walk without help. Have little income and $299.00 is my s.s. entire check. Rent is due and have no money to pay it nor a place to go. My girl gets me to bed after a long day. I've cried all day. 72 years old. Every year another surgery so I can walk.

It’s not what I ordered I wanted the breathing capsules and they didn’t give an address or phone number ti send it back also I ordered 1 and they sent 2 and charged me

Its impossible to contact them for a refund.
