As the receivers delivery address was…
As the receivers delivery address was in Matamata I had googled gift box deliveries Matamata and thought I was dealing with Giftbox Boutique in Matamata itself so I was quite surprised to find out after phoning when the delivery hadn't arrived that Gift Box was in Whangarei! Aside from the delay in it getting to the recipient I was very impressed with the communication. Thank You. Eventually the parcel was received and they were very happy with it!

We're sorry the delivery arrived earlier than your requested date. While we always do our best to accommodate preferred delivery dates that are chosen, unfortunately, courier delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to the timeframes they provide.
Your order left us on Thursday, meaning the earliest possible delivery was Friday, with the latest expected delivery being Monday, as weekends are not counted as business days for courier deliveries. It also would've been labelled with a please do not open me until your recipient's birthday in the instance of it arriving early.
We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing us. :)
