I worked with renn for over 12 months for my SLU. Lack of responsability, unclear communication and rather Incompetent.

I’ve had a very good experience with Renn so far. They’ve been responsive, clear and genuinely helpful with the transition of my freelance activity from Romania to Spain, including autónomo registration, invoicing, tax residency questions and dealing with Hacienda.

Candelaria, Luis and Mat have all been very helpful and quick to clarify things whenever I had questions. It makes a complicated transition feel much easier to manage. Highly recommended.

If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I’ve been using Renn for around 8 months, and recently I had a very delicate situation where I needed several specific documents and corrections handled urgently for my residence renewal.

The whole team was incredibly attentive, responsive and supportive throughout the process. Luis and Nahuel especially went above and beyond — contacting the authorities, following up constantly, explaining every step to me and helping move things forward as quickly as possible.

What I appreciated most was that I never felt like I was just another client or ticket. They genuinely cared about getting the situation resolved, even when it became complicated and time-sensitive.

Everything worked out successfully in the end, and I’m extremely grateful for their help. I’ve already recommended Renn to friends and in expat/digital nomad communities, and I’ll definitely continue doing so.

Incredible product. No part of navigating Spanish bureaucracy has been easy but renn is a seamless experience. They helped me register my autonomo and social security number within a day or two. A dream team !

Renn has been an absolute lifesaver for setting up my autónomo business in Spain. The Spanish bureaucracy can be a nightmare.. Especially dealing with Social Security and fixing discrepancies between census data and Hacienda but the team at Renn (shoutout to Mat, Marina, and Luis!) was there every step of the way. They gave me clear advice when I hit a wall with my temporary NIE, and as soon as I got my green NIE, they handled my registration in less than a day. I also just filed my Q2 taxes through them, and the platform made it incredibly easy. Fantastic, personalized customer service and a great platform. 10/10!

Super easy to use. Drag and drop. It also connects to my Gmail and gets all my invoices there. The accountants are all super helpful. I really have no complaints. I haven't explored too many other options, but this is a very easy one for digital nomads in Spain.

Very bad company and process.They stated that they will take care of the registration on there website, but after that Its all do it yourself just pay us and after that we don't care.If I know Spanish and accounting, I would not hire accounting company to help me.
