Shady, incompetent, and a waste of 3 months! Avoid!
Hired Entre Trámites (Beat Bureaucracy ET, SL) to get a remote NIF M for my father, strictly on the condition of 100% remote processing. Instead, they botched the application, hid the Tax Agency's actual rejection letter from me, and made basic typos ('psio' instead of 'piso') on official forms.
Only when my patience ran out did they reveal the truth: they failed to attach any prior explanation of our case to the tax office, leading to an automatic rejection. They then tried to pressure us into a shady workaround involving a fake appointment in Moscow. Complete lack of transparency and total incompetence. Avoid this company at all costs!

Regarding the processing of your application, our team exhausted all available electronic channels with the Tax Agency, providing all necessary documentation. However, the Administration itself ruled that identification must be carried out in person by obtaining a NIE—a decision that depends exclusively on the competent body and is beyond our control.
We would also like to clarify that, after receiving the resolution, we spent time studying possible alternatives before communicating it to you, with the sole objective of trying to find a viable solution. At no point was there any intention to withhold information.
Regarding the consular appointment, we regret that the procedure did not meet your expectations. The Spanish Consulate in Moscow is the official channel authorized by the Spanish authorities for this type of procedure for Belarusian citizens; therefore, our recommendation always adhered to the current legal procedures.
We understand that the final outcome was not what you expected, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. For this reason, and in accordance with our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have proceeded with a full 100% refund of the professional fees paid.

Strong start, horrible finish
We had a phenomenal initial consultation with Louis regarding our tax situation when planning a move from the U.S.A. to Spain so were excited and enthusiastic to use his firm to handle our taxes for 2025. What a complete and utter disappointment so far.
First, you have to pay for all services up front...this seems weird as that provides no leverage or insurance that they're going to do things correctly. The instructions they provide to enable them to submit tax forms on our behalf were confusing and ineffective -- they had to be performed multiple times and eventually worked but who knows why.
We think our advisor must be new, there's no other explanation for the level of incompetence he exhibited, not to mention his unresponsiveness to most emails (things improved when we included Louis on some follow up emails). I tried to be very organized in asking questions (i.e., numbered list) to enable a thorough response, but frequently only received partial responses and sometimes incorrect information.
We completed our Modelo 720 and (we think) Modelo 100 and are still waiting on the Modelo 714. We had five drafts of the Modelo 720 over the course of weeks as there were repeated errors and there were long wait times between us providing feedback and receiving updated drafts. We would provide feedback of the exact lines that needed to be corrected (along with the correct information), yet they corrections were not consistently made. Eventually I went to the 720 drafts on the government website and made the updates myself because I did not want to spend additional weeks trying to resolve things.
Months after submitting all necessary information for the Modelo 100 we are on the second draft, which thankfully looks correct. The first draft was missing over half of our income, so the tax calculations were of course very inaccurate and our confidence dropped from "slightly confident" to "we may be screwed". Thank goodness we did a detailed review (we learned after the multiple 720 errors!) but there are some items on the form that we have no idea how to check so are crossing our fingers that they've been done correctly so we don't get any surprises down the road.
I have been asking about the wealth tax (Modelo 714) for months as well but we still haven't received any information regarding whether or not we are expected to owe anything, or when we'll have a draft form available to review. We now have ten business days until wealth tax payment is due and we still have no clue whether or not we'll need to pay anything. This is unacceptable and stressful as it's not as if we can conjure money from thin air to pay our taxes -- it takes time!
We won't be using entre tramites in the future and will advise others to stay away. Louis is fantastic so is recommended for an initial consultation, but using the company to actually do your taxes may lead to a lot of frustration, stress, and disappointment (but hopefully no fines!).

A deeply disappointing and dishonest experience - avoid
I hired EntreTramites in late October to handle my company closure, with a clear agreement that the process would be completed in November. Under the management of Jhonatan Delgado, the process was delayed for months without any explanation, while they continued charging for accounting services they were not actually providing.
By the time any progress was made, we had reached January - causing additional administrative obligations that would have been avoided entirely had the original timeline been respected.
When the closure was finally being pushed through, I was presented with grossly inflated notary and registry fees, with no supporting documentation provided. When I requested a refund for the unjustified charges, they refused - and it was only after the intervention of an external law firm that the full amount was returned.
I would not recommend EntreTramites to anyone. What I experienced was negligence at best, and deliberate dishonesty at worst.

Not worst your time and money
I paid Entretramites to help me get my digital certificate (certificado digital) so I could proceed with filing my taxes (la renta) in Spain. It has now been more than a week since I paid for the service, and I am still waiting to receive any support or progress on my case.
I have tried contacting them multiple times to figure out what is going on, but I am being completely ignored.
No WhatsApp replies: They do not answer any of my messages/ or more than 24h to receive a "sorry for the late reply".
No email replies: My emails have gone completely unanswered to the support email.
Once they take your money, the communication completely stops. Because of this terrible customer service and lack of support, I absolutely do not trust them or their services. If you need urgent paperwork done, save your money and go somewhere else.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience, and frankly unacceptable. Their practices raise serious concerns about reliability. They change your accountant every three months, and there are repeated tax errors.
They withdrew 14K from my account, and after more than two months there is still no resolution. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, and with no direct phone support available, I continue to receive the same generic responses promising a fix, yet nothing is actually resolved. The delays are excessive.
This level of service is unprofessional and unacceptable. I am now considering legal action.

Avoid for anything more than simple visa processes
I want to be fair here, because I believe the team at Entretramites means well. But our experience was poor enough that I feel obligated to share it so others can make an informed decision.
The owner/partner handled our intake personally and made a strong impression. After that, he essentially disappeared. When problems arose with our Beckham's Law application — problems stemming from advice his team gave us — I tried repeatedly to escalate. Multiple emails went unanswered. The owner only resurfaced after we'd already hired a qualified Spanish attorney to take over and salvage the situation.
The core issue, in my view, is that their team is based in South America and doesn't appear to have strong on-the-ground contacts or expertise in Spain. For straightforward cases, that may not matter. But for anything involving Beckham's Law or more complex immigration scenarios, you need advisors who truly understand Spanish tax and immigration law, not just the general process. The advice we received nearly cost us our Beckham's Law eligibility entirely.
If you're considering Entretramites for a simple visa application, your experience may be different. But if your situation has any complexity, especially around Beckham's Law, I'd strongly recommend working with a firm that specializes in Spanish immigration and has direct relationships with Spanish authorities.
