Do not walk but run away as fast and as far away you can from these scammers! I submitted a Walmart gift card back in May for $54.09 with reference number GCCE-EA8653-6347237 and only received a confirmation email stating that they had received my card and that their team would be reviewing it and that I would also be eligible for a $5 welcome bonus that would be auto-credited on approval. To this day I have not received anything else from them even after sending about nine emails and calling their Wilmington, Delaware office number (1-302-406-7814) on several occasions and getting no answer ever. They do have a digital AI assistant on their website who states they will connect you to someone named Oliver but that person never appears. What I don't understand is how this type of fraud is being allowed and why the proper authorities have not shut down these criminals. You read about these things happening in third world countries but not in our own backyard. Frankly it's disgusting and disheartening.

It has been MONTHS since my card was emptied and I have gotten NO money for it. Reference number GCCE-ACC2B7-AA6D. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (if they are even still a company)…I wish I would have seen the reviews before I sold them my gift card because I threw $260 down the drain!!

After submitting a Walmart gift card for $54.09 back in May, I received a confirmation gift card submission email stating their team was reviewing my submission and it had cleared their security checks and was queued for processing, along with a $5 welcome bonus — auto-credited on approval. Unfortunately you never hear back from them again even after calling their offices in Wilmington, countless emails, and chatting away with Leo, their AI assistant who states that a fictional Oliver Grant will straighten everything out but he simply does not show. What I don't understand is why these criminals have not been shut down and prosecuted so that they not continue stealing from everyone. This kind of crap is allowed and happens in other f***ed up countries but not here in the USA so I really hope they are shut down and go away.

Not answer my emails, they give me no explanation on what is going on … this is definitely a SCAM!! So do not try and cash your gift card to this company . Also it says I have no transaction history to check on anything. It’s so messed up what they did…..

If I could rate less I would. no updates. heavily advertise this is a quick sale, it has been over two days with no updates, multiple attempts to reach a human. they took my gift card balance (at $0 now) but they won't pay me. since this seems to be the only way they respond here is my confirmation PRIMO-A8EB12-8ED2. Do yourself a favor and find a different avenue for unwanted gift cards, this is not it. It's sad companies like this can operate with no accountability

Do not use this site. It is a 100% scam. Justin Cooper runs it from what I gather, hides behind AI, there is no number. It is complete fraud. I filed a report with the FTC. SCAM. BEWARE

I feel SCAMMED.
Sold two gift cards over a month ago. Numerous emails, chat sessions, and attempts to communicate with the company in regards to the $500 worth of gift cards basically stolen….. I have received one automated email response and that’s it….. what’s up with this?!?!? Where is my money??

Total scam. Submitted my card info and shortly after card was depleted of funds. Meanwhile, 24 days later my submission is still in review. No email response, whatsoever. No reply, and only bullshit from LEO.

Where is my money from the 200$ Amazon gift card that you wiped immediately?? It’s been over 2 weeks. You’re on here responding about how you will look into “any legitimate case” LIES. If that’s the case, review mine and send me my funds. I have emailed MULTIPLE TIMES. I got one response in the beginning and nothing since then and still do not have my payout. Where are my funds?? Why are you lying and stealing from people? Like everyone else, the negative reviews will continue as well as following up on all the reports to FTC and AG. Your unprofessional responses even further the fact that this company is a SCAM and they are stealing from people. I want my money. THIEVES.

If I could give 0 stars I would it’s been over a week and I still have no money in my account for my order. Yet they’ve wiped my account balance from the gift card and I haven’t nothing from them. If you use them please go report them to reportfraud.ftc.gov because this company needs to be shut down

Have used this service before, took a little over a day to process my 100$ gift card and I got 104$ in bitcoin because it went up the next day. I have submitted another 50$ gift card on May 31st, but I have had no response yet. I have contacted support many times but no response. GCCE-43D0BB-231D Is the reference number. I’m happy with the payout I got originally but they don’t have good support so I can see why it feels scammy. I’d recommend this site only if they actually answered. Would give higher review. I hope they didn’t like just rug pull because the website is down now.

Sold them my $200 Lowe’s gift card reference number GCCE-0D5706-8DDF and it’s been 5 days still nothing. I emailed them about when my money would arrive and haven’t heard back and now the site is down. 10/10 do not recommend this company IT IS A SCAM.

Took my 173$ guftcard and never sent my payment to me then when i chat with them never get anyone but a chatbot repeating the same message to me and when you email them they are not even responding to you im already in the process of getting this website reported sad you have to steal from others but police report was my option to this messed up website.

It’s safe for us all to say we have officially been scammed! It’s been 14 days for me and now the website is gone. I hope all the money yall stole for us will be worth the karma you shall receive. Get a real job instead of Stealing from hard working people. Disgusting

For future recommendations I suggest using card cash. I sold 6 other gift cards to them a week ago (THAT HAD TO BE MAILED) and have already been paid for all 6.
