Product quality poor…

We received our product but I am not happy with the quality given the price of this item. I have emailed with my complaint and I am awaiting a response.

Highly Recommend Go Places

Outstanding customer service, fantastic backpack with loads of space, enough room to pack a change of clothes and lots of inside storage pockets. Lovely sage green colour and purchased at a great price. I couldn’t be happier and so glad I found Go Places online. I would highly recommend this company.

Good efficient and speedy service

My suitcase was as described and arrived to time. My only issue was with the courier who left it on my front doorstep in the rain. Fortunately the case was protected by plastic inside a very wet box. I complained to the courier who agreed it should have not been left there.
I would use Go Places again for their very efficient and polite service.

I needed a Samsonite suitcase urgently

I needed a Samsonite suitcase urgently, they had a very good selection of colours and sizes.
The price was very reasonable and i personally collected the suitcase the same day. The service i received was exemplary and i can recommend this company.
