You need to be really careful with this brand, do not order! They have a terrible customer service - our package never arrived, they didn’t help to track it, and after a while it was returned. They claim that it got destroyed at customs on the way back and now refuse a refund!!

I hope to get a full refund. The item claimed to be cotton but was 100% polyester.

Unreliable and non-compliant
The delivery went smoothly, but the contents were not what I expected. When I tried to return the item, I was asked to provide false customs information to avoid paying customs duties. After I refused, my refund was denied.
I strongly advise against shopping at Gonggar!

The clothes are overpriced for the quality. They look like cheap items from AliExpress.
The sizing is also extremely small and completely inaccurate. I usually wear XS, but in this store both size L and even my husband’s XL fit me. There isn’t even a size in their chart that would fit my husband.
To make things worse, their return policy only offers store credit, so we can’t even get a refund for the items that don’t fit.

Everything runs small, no refunds, overpriced
They don’t offer refunds. I had to exchange all my clothing for which I spent almost $500 because they were way too small. I wear a US small size, I ordered a small size. I had to pay $20 shipping fee to return the items. I exchanged the clothes to a medium size. And some items are still tight. I am not able to squat in them. The quality is also not that great. The fabric looks different from pictures. The exchange of size also took forever.

Buyer Beware: Products Not as Pictured
The two products I ordered (a bag and a head scarf) did not match the website photos or descriptions. The items I received had undisclosed branding/logo additions, missing and damaged components, and noticeably lower print/material quality than advertised.
When I contacted customer service, the company repeatedly refused to issue a refund unless I paid expensive international return shipping to China. They also instructed me to declare the return package value at only “5–10%” of the purchase price to avoid customs fees, which made me uncomfortable and is illegal.
Most concerning, my honest negative reviews were repeatedly removed from their website after being posted. The reviews were factual and based entirely on my experience with the products and refund process.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
EDIT:
After posting this review, the company responded by acknowledging that they “corrected the product images” after I raised evidence that the items I received did not match what was originally advertised. However, despite effectively confirming the listings were inaccurate, they still refused to provide a prepaid return label or take responsibility for the return costs. Instead, they repeated the same return instructions and shifted the burden back to me.
That response only reinforced my concerns. In my experience, the company was willing to acknowledge inaccuracies only after being confronted with evidence, but still did not offer a fair resolution. Combined with the repeated removal of my negative reviews, this has left me with no confidence in their transparency, accountability, or trustworthiness as a business.

bought two pairs of hiking pants and they are both great! Very fashionable! Good quality. Comfortable while hiking which is KEY! Shipping was quick and easy and I was happy with the service I received. Sizes run little on the small side but the sizing chart helped and was accurate. I bought Large and I am 5'9" 135lbs.

The skirt has really nice material
The skirt has really nice material; I went for the super soft style. The colors are vibrant, and the pattern is positioned niceky. I messed up by ordering my usual size, small. I should have picked a medium for a more relaxed fit. Small fits a big tight on me. They did mention the fit in the description though.

Two pairs of pants in Italy
I bought two pairs of pants from Gonggar Sports and I absolutely love them. They look exactly like they do on Instagram and on the website. The material feels great and the design is very stylish and modern.
I’m really happy with my purchase. The customer support team was also very responsive when I had a small delivery issue.
The only thing I would mention is sizing: I ordered from Italy and expected the fit to be oversized, but the sizes are actually true to size. If you want the loose look shown in the photos, I recommend sizing up.

Bad Products/Great Marketing
Website and marketing is great, but the products are extremely low quality and just another dropship store.
I ordered pants: the sizing was off, the zippers and cords were barely functional, and material was cheap.
Giving an extra store because they are responsive, accepted my return for store credit. Not sure if even want anything else after seeing the quality though.
