Amazing company. You can have a furnace installed same day. Mehdi Abassi went above and beyond by cleaning the AC coil.

Thanks to Fairhad and Milad from Newmarket company for their job with the new hot water tank installation, it was clean and fast, They look like they have a lot of experience with installations of this type.

If go lime took over Simply Green company because Simply Green apparently went bankrupt. Then in my eyes they are no better than Simply Green. They have done nothing but lie to me. About parts being ordered about having a customer care manager call me since July and Here it is 7 August and I still haven’t heard from a customer care manager because I don’t think they have one. I’m not very impressed with this company or any other names that they have associated, when you call and ask for customer care and you get every other department, besides customer care to me, they couldn’t care less about their customers so to me if I could give them a -100 that’s what they would get. For over a month I have told them I had somebody coming in to take this product out of my and nobody will give me a straight answer. So in my eyes, they are liars liars liars.

Our experience with golime was amazing the service men AmirAli and Shahin are good men they didn’t make any mess what boxes or materials they brought in made sure they left my place the way it was. They were also very polite and friendly. They helped me up with a situation regarding my product and hand me over to supervisor and he also was very helpful, he informed me how to care for my product and also advise me if any problems or concerns is to call him or costumer services he said that either one are more willing to assist me. Thank you guys for all the help and for the great work.

I would say the number one thing that this company can work on is customer service and installation courtesies. We had a hard time organizing them to get here to install a water heater. Follow up is zero. No one ever called to find out if the job went well or if even got installed or if we were even satisfied. The ones that installed the heater damaged my staircase and scratched my floor and didn't say anything about it. They also left a mess that I needed to clean up. The only reason we even considered this company was they had fair prices. They didn't have the best price but they had fair prices. There were some other issues but we'll leave it at that. I would say hire local don't go with somebody that is not within a very short drive of your home. I had even paid a tech to look at my furnace and he was supposed to give me a price or go line. Was supposed to give me a price and I never heard from them. I called the tech back. He said the office was supposed to call me. Never heard. I guess they don't want my business. I suppose I should say something positive. The water heater works just as it should. Thank you for taking the time to read this

The claim of honest and transparent pricing is fake. There's a guaranteed annual price increase of 4% which they wouldn't tell you upfront.

They claim annual maint, without we having to call. Also fake. It's three years and no one has come and my complaints too have remained unanswered. A scheduled tech visit was cancelled citing some lame excuse. Still waiting for the tech.

My advise !! don't fall for their fake claims. No different than Reliance or Enercare or anyone else out there. Good advertising though to trap new suckers.

Go Lime was the installation company for a water heater purchased elsewhere. I wanted to give a shout out to David who set up all the details of the appointment and to Kamal and Simmer who did the installation at the very end of what had to be a really long day for them. They were friendly and efficient. There was no mess, no problems. Thanks guys!

These company don't say it transparent and hidden in tiny fonts in agreement and you are stuck with them

I Installed water heater with them at monthly rental of $51.45 in 2022, now I am paying $70 per month with tax .

It was not explained about yearly increase of 3.99% + CPI inflation % increase, during sales man talk and installation

Before installation , please ask these questions to make sure nothing is hidden.

They removed the busted AC in the first month of June and have not fixed it up to now, 1st July. Every time they will tell me a different storey about the compressor availability. This is apartment building and anyone can imagine the temperature in the rooms during heat wave. On my persistence they temporarily installed a small portable AC, which has a design capacity for 300 sq feet where as the apartment unit is of 900 sq feet, after 3 weeks. They are doing this all because builder made a contract with them for 15 years. If anyone wants to get out of the contract he/she must have to pay the rental equipment full price, though it is already 10 years old.

Terrible service. I had a heat pump and furnace installed. The heat pump was installed 4 inches off the ground. Code is 16 inches. I have had three service dates booked and all three were "NO SHOWS" because the TECH said it ice build up is normal. It's not normal that ice builds up into the unit because it is 12 inches lower than is code. Run run away from GOLIME!

Customer care representative position.

I was promised that every employer is valued, there is growth in the start up & incentives. All of which couldn’t be far from the truth. The company has low wages, appalling management, insufficient training.
I was trained & there was no room for error they are the least helpful company. There sole purpose is to make profit and do not care for employee wellbeing and advancement.

I wish more people would speak up regarding there experiences here instead of being quietened by there retention department! So many customers in this organization complain of old equipment being used to replace there existing one. They are promised new equipment and left with poor quality service and equipment. They will find any excuse to let you go/ pay you less than you deserve.

May you never encounter an experience here, take care out there of scam companies with scam promises!

This company sends people that do not have experience. They are greener than a lime. They damaged the corner bead on a finished wall in the basement and removed piece of drywall from damage. They offered 50 bucks to fix it....really a service call costs more. They expect you to fix it or put it through your house insurance. They come into my home...that is perfectly done with finishes and damaged my home....and I am responsible for their incompetence. NO! THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! They should go through their insurances and fix all the damage their subcontractors or employees do. STAY AWAY FROM GO-LIME. Would not recommend.

Amir Ali and Hamid were very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced our water heater quickly and efficiently and were upfront with any potential issues they noticed. Very thankful for their help restoring our hot water!

Installers of basic electric water tank had to return 3 times over 3 days to get it working. Undertrained, nice guys. Problem after problem on a straightforward water heater install (electrical; water valve). Simple issues that experienced technicians would be able to solve efficiently. Day 4, woke up to water flooding the basement. They didn't properly solder a pipe. Ruined our floors; no compensation, no coverage. This company has zero customer service and is super sketchy. No response from anyone once things went sideways. We're on the hook to replace our entire floor, 2-3K. GoLime seems to be call centre farms, subcontractors, smoke and mirrors. Avoid at all costs.

I rented a Tankless Water Heater last year from Go Lime which I thought was a good price. Now Go Lime has raised the rental cost less than a year after the install and I'm sure this will continue. Go Lime has proved they are a money grabbing company and I wish I had kept my old hot water tank rental with a fixed fee. DO NOT DEAL WITH GO LIME!!

The installation of the hot water tank was completed properly but when they were removing the old tank they dropped it and smashed the floor tile.

The service manager Sal came to my home to look at the damage and told me they would compensate me but that was months ago.

I have left multiple messages with no response and you cannot escalate a complaint because the customer service will it give you names.

Just be aware that if they damage your property - GOLIME will not fix damages.

The tile they smashed in the foyer was discontinued and I have to replace the whole foyer of app 58 sq ft.
