Very bad service
Bad experience for us. purchased 4 esim and all activated. 1 of them has been disactivated 2 days after activation without any advice. Having another esim, unfortunately we did not notice soon, since the phone used roaming data of the other esim, with a higher cost in usa. customer service has been able to say only : i’m sorry to inform you that the esim has been refunded… and since after 10 days no refund has been arrived i asked for a date and the answer was: please be patient and wait. How is it possible???

But it can be even better if you look into offshore packages, I work in the offshore industry and the internet service on the vessels and platforms are very poor and unreliable having a offshore service which your service provider will be a great marketable asset.
