This company is surprisingly efficient and very personable. So much unlike most of corporate businesses out there ….when I booked my flight they were extremely efficient in getting back to me for additional information that I needed to put on my tickets. I highly recommend this organization.

This is a disreputable company that stole my money. They charged me $4311.00 for a one way flight to a certain European city then left me stranded midway. I had to buy my own ticket to get to my destination which cost me another $1000.00. When I returned home after my trip they adamantly refused to refund any money refusing to accept any blame. In fact they made up stories and lied to deflect blame. They are the most money hungry, unprofessional and scammy travel agency ever. Believe me, I have tried multiple travel agencies since I travel a lot. This is the worst.
I was initially fooled by their amazing reviews which I now suspect are fabricated.
If anyone has any questions, feel free to contact me and I will be happy to provide documentation of the scam they pulled on me.
I don't want anyone else to lose $4311.00 of hard earned money on these scammers.
Buyer beware.
Use other travel agents, no one is as bad as Business-class.com

I purchased tickets through Business-Class a few months ago . Because I have not heard back from Business-Class, I checked in with the airline today and they have no record of my reservations. I then found out that Business-Class never processed my tickets and they told me my tickets would need to be rewritten at a much higher price than what I paid in the beginning.

For my travel to Argentina I was supported by Elsa Jade.
She worked around my proposed dates for travel to get me the lowest fare.
She was courteous and very responsive to my requests.
It was nice to work with her and hope to avail her for my 2027 travels.

Our representative, Lazarus was excellent in locating a replacement flight when we had to cancel our original flight due to medical reasons the day of the scheduled flight. He spent a great deal of time coordinating our travel plans to find the best schedule with the shortest layover and the best seats available in Business Class. He communicated in a timely manner and came in 2 hours early to assist us so could not have been better. My only concern was due to their ad link on Kayak.com that showed a significantly lower fare that we ended up paying that seemed somewhat misleading but that’s marketing. Still, I would definitely use Business-Class.com again and work with Lazarus who was outstanding. On the initial fare that we had to cancel, he was able to find a better rate that was over a thousand dollars better than my travel partner.

I made an inquiry after a friend gave me the link and was set up with Charlie. He asked some basic questions as to what I was looking for, the time frames we were traveling and asked if I preferred any specific airline.
Once the information was exchanged, Charlie was on it and gave me a few options out of a couple of airports that I was willing to travel out of. Of course, I was also on line myself looking at every possible scenario out of different airports, priced all airlines appropriate to our destination and those online prices for each airline. I even ran the process through the AAA website travel section.
Round trip from L.A to London in Business Class ran an average of $13K-$16K for both of us and our price non stop from L.A from Charlie was $9k for the both of us on British Airways, which is an outstanding airline. If you don't want business class, he gave us pricing for premium economy as well so we could compare.
They offer a full protection insurance policy and for us to have the full don't worry coverage was about $500 per person. That was pretty expensive for flight insurance. Do yourself a favor, shop around for travel insurance that covers your entire trip not just the flight.
This is our first time using Business-Class and if it all goes seamless, we will be using them in the future.

Really appreciated this service, which I found to be sincere and genuine. My consultant Clark even answered requests late into his night.
And the value was there also.
I would add one important comment: you are led to believe that value tickets do not include selection of seats, and an additional fee is required. I did not pay that added cost, happy to accept the airline’s discretion. But seat selection was freely available when tickets issued.

Seamless experience and my aligned rep Liam found me a cheaper alternative after my originally requested trip was no longer available. Speedy and clear communication as well.

My first experience was fine. For my second, my consultant knew that I had already looked up ticket prices. So he gave me choices for the next day. It’s my fault for not looking closely to see that he had booked me for a different day, which was the only reason he could offer a discount. I discovered his mistake the next day.
The agent was very apologetic and, to make up for the problem, offered me a $200 voucher for future travel.

Damian and Misha were really helpful and made the booking process fast and easy.
