Non-responsive!!! Taking no calls or answering e-mails. I placed an order and paid 4 weeks ago. They are not answering the phone, or responding to e-mails.
I ordered glass for a 8ft aquarium and my project is now on hold and caused a lot of problems for me.
I will be contacting the bank and try to get my money back.

I can't rate zero stars here but would if I could. Glass ordered and paid for mid-March, Here we are mid-May, and nothing showed up. No replies to any polite emails, no phone contacts ever available. I will recover my dosh from these scammers, one way or another, hopefully politely, but this is so tiresome. Look elsewhere if you need glass products. This is a total scam outfit, and I'm slightly peeved.

I bought the glass in April and there has been zero contact from this company. Been trying to call and email several times. Avoid this company. I don't think they are trading. I'm trying to recover my money now

Very helpful taking your order and money, never heard anything after that point. High value order of glass that was never fulfilled. Website still actively taking orders, do not proceed and ignore the follow up emails encouraging you to complete your purchase…. complete fraudster!

I think this company is going into receivership. Took my money but never received the goods. Tried calling but can no longer get a reply. Had to get a refund though PayPal (who are brilliant) My advise, stay well clear.

Disgusting company
I placed an order Three days ago and tried to amend the order , I have sent many emails , phoned 30-40 times and left messages and live chats but get no reply do don't think they are trading but still take payment fir materials so don't buy anything on line from them
Am just speaking to my bank to try and get a refund

Based on my experience, I would not even give 1 star. I paid for an order on 30th March and after chasing this, was promised delivery on 17th April. No delivery came and there is zero response via phone. I would strongly advise against placing an order with this organisation.

Placed an order of over £5000 and since have not received the order. For a week now they have ignored my daily emails, calls, messages. Today (28/4/26) it appears the phone lines have now cut off completely yet they are still allowing the website to take orders which they I am sure have no intention in completing.

We have had several orders arrive incorrectly, which they have had to rectify, which they have at their own expense.
I have found this company non-responsive. Now I placed an order and paid 5 weeks ago. They are now not taking any calls, responding to e-mails, or replying at all to voicemails. Leon is not answering his mobile or returning any missed calls.
I will no longer be taking any business to them, and I will be contacting the bank to raise a dispute.

Terrible customer service. Ordered 1 piece of glass back in February. Had an email on the day giving warning the delivery was happening on that day, no one turned up. Have chased and have had no luck getting this bit of glass. No anwser via Phone or email. Would avoid for sure

Ordered and paid for 1 piece of glass 20th February 2026. I was told 5-7 days waiting time. 23 April and I'm still waiting for delivery...
My calls are no longer answered, I've left messages and emailed.
I received an email 7th April, telling me it would be delivered on the 8th April and no one came.
Is this company serious or a scam?!
If Buyglass is a genuine company, they need to contact me to arrange delivery, deliver the glass ASAP or refund me immediately!!

Beware of this company!
I placed my order in Feb 2026, most of the order was fulfilled, accept one sheet of glass missing, promised they would get it out to me asap.
Iv chased this for MONTHS!
Constantly promise to call/ email me with updates, never do!
Iv been waiting months, and still nothing, can’t get hold of them, can only assume they’ve turned their phone off. Even tried pleading with the director, Leon, he doesn’t give a toss. And what’s even more annoying is every time I try to chase it up, Iv got to listen to their answering machine telling me they aim to provide the best possible service! Joke!
Iv had to now purchase the glass elsewhere! I will be taking them to trading standards if they don’t refund me.

A month ago, I placed my order for a table glass and I still haven’t received it. 2 week s ago I called twice and I was told someone will call me back with an update; no one did. Since last week they are not answering the calls anymore, making me worried that they no longer exist! Luckily I paid by Credit card and now I am thinking of raising a dispute. Are they Cowboys??! Update as at 9th May 2026:THIS COMPANY IS GONE! MY BANK JUST REFUNDED ME. AVOID!!

Avoid, avoid, avoid... this company just lie, don't answer their phones and don't offer any updates in delivery dates.

Also when things are missing they don't supply or resolve.

I highly expect they will reply to this with a smart mouthed comment and justify their lack of support or communication... just like all their other negative reviews.

Don't be fooled by them like others and have been.

Ordered glass for my pond on 17/03/26 promised on phone I would have it the following week, still waiting, no replies to emails, no promised return phone calls, excuse after excuse, welfare issue now for my fish as in temp pond have already lost 2, awful customer service, I never complain about businesses but this one has been the worse I have ever dealt with

I placed an order for piece of glass of 26th Feb 2026 and on 6th March I asked them to change thickness from 10mm to 6mm which wasn't a problem as it wasn't in production and have been promised delivery numerous times and still not arrived. Very hard to get any contact with the company and last Friday was finally told it will be delivered this Monday or latest Tuesday (yesterday 31st March. My wife called them yesterday and I have emailed again today a no response.

Wrong size glass sent to me, after emailing and ringing them 3 times. No contact or email back.
Unprofessional cowboys!

Still waiting for the delivery and not heard anything past the original order placed 2 weeks ago. I have called but was told it would be with me on Tuesday. Nothing arrived. I called ok Tuesday to be told someone would call me back. Its now Thursday and still waiting? Not sure what is going on but hoping my order will arrive soon.

Highly recommended - provided the glass panel I needed exactly as per the drawing, and shipped it very well packed.
