Consumer protection sites and recent user experiences confirm that Brooks Republic is a highly suspicious operation. Buyers consistently report undelivered shoes, fake tracking numbers, and impossible return policies requiring expensive overseas shipping to Europe.

I would give a negative star if I could…this company is a TOTAL SCAM! Do yourself a favor and save the aggravation. Everything negative people have written is true…delayed deliveries, subpar materials and quality, misleading descriptions, returns not made in full, complicated return process wanting you send send to the European location which requires overseas shipping, & their ‘corporate headquarters’ in Florida is nothing more than a PO Box-look it up. Tiffany, the customer rep, offered me 75% refund of my purchase price after I refused to pay for the foreign shipping to Europe. I said I’ll ship it to your Florida location like it says in their return policy and she said they can’t do returns at their headquarters.

I order a pair of shoes from Brooks ,when I was in the final sell Procedure in check out a offer was posted saying that my purchase could be reduced by almost $20.00 if I considered who wouldn’t want a $20 discount I hit that purchase at that cost buttom line low and behold it was a scam I had purchased the same shoe twice wt was going on so I immediately call then email the customer support team and a Tiffany responded with sorry we can’t refund your money however when your purchase arrived reach out and we’ll give you the information you need to return the extra pair of shoes and a refund this order took 3 weeks to get delivered and since I received it I’ve been trying to contact customer support and been ghost , can get a call can’t get Tiffany to respond , I will do my best in getting the word out that this company is not a trustworthy bunch more like liars or hook and crook service not for good for business I will not be doing business with this company at all had to learn the hard way

Still have not received my shoes. Had no trouble billing my card timely. Tracking shows at USPS in Indianapolis but has been there since July 9th. Pretty sure I'll never see my shoes or my money again. SCAM!!!!!

I email Tiffany with Brooks Republic Customer Service Team to explain that I made an error when placing my order. Unfortunately, I ordered the same shoe and size twice. When I noticed my mistake I contacted the customer service team, and the responding person was Tiffany.
Tiffany assured me that the issue would be taken care of. To this date I'm still waiting on a credit to my credit card. If, you are considering placing an order, please be careful, because you might make a costly mistake and never get a refund!!

Waited a very long time for my shoes only to be told they were delivered when they were not. Tiffany the customer representative basically threatened me if I wanted to take it any further. Have never dealt with a company like this before in my life. NEVER AGAIN !!!

This company can not be trusted. The shoes that I ordered was never delivered. I had been tracking the order daily for weeks and it showed being in a distribution center for 5 days with no movement. They then sent me an email asking if I liked the product and when I replied it was never delivered all of a sudden the tracking information was updated stating it was delivered and the drop points changed that I had been watching daily.

Avoid this company!! Ordered a pair of shoes that looked great online. Shoes were junk and undersized, delivered wadded up in plastic wrap. Tried returning and they just keep flipping the script, making it impossible to return. First offered me 70% off to keep them. After declining that offer, they changed to 20% off and tell me I need to return to UK, but won’t provide an address.

Order #6143- my order never arrived. I have been requesting evidence of the delivery from UPS. Brooks Republic has not shown evidence that the product was actually delivered. I have requested a full refund. Let's see if that happens. Buyer Beware.

I made an order in May, it was delivered in Florida, made an inquiry through email since no one picks up the customer service phone number. I was given another link to track my order.

The order was delivered in some address in Georgia. I reached out again and was given another link to track the order. It took two weeks for any updates on that link then it was finally updated that order was delivered.
I checked my cameras and there was no delivery made on the particular date they provided.

At this point I requested for a refund but they completely ignored my request, I was emailed that a replacement order has been mailed.

Buyer beware.

Purchased a pair of fishermen sandals. Poor quality. Advertisements misleading with superior photos of higher quality. Return process very complicated. Lesson learned: You get what you paid for. Don't waste your money as I did.

They Claim the order was delivered to my address at a certain time, NOT TRUE!! I have video evidence on my front porch camera there were no delivery's whatsoever that day. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! STAY AWAY!!

My order finally arrived- but
did not fit. Their company website indicates returns for USA purchases are to be sent to an address in Florida but they flip the script and require shipping back
to UK.

Currently in conversation with them and now they want me to keep the shoes that do not fit for 50% off.

This makes me feel like I am
being played- I will not use this company again.

I accidentally ordered 2 rather than 1 pair of their shoes. I immediately contacted them to say I only wanted one pair and they told me that it was too late, the order was already being processed, which was nonsense. They did say the extra pair could be returned for a refund. Three weeks later, I got both pairs, which were shipped from my state of CA, and given their poor quality, I decided to return both pairs. Well, what they didn't state in their website is that they needed to be returned to the UK for a refund! Shipping them from CA to the UK would have cost nearly as much as the shoes cost so that is no option. They did offer a 20% return and I could keep them.
The shoes are cheaply made, not worth even a fraction of the price I paid and their return policy is deceptive. I advise steering clear of transacting with such an unethical company. Amazon Prime purchases permit free returns.

. Was sent wrong size they refused to refund trying to give me a 20% refund for shoes that don’t fit . Finally got refund after PayPal dispute.

Ordered some of the Japanese style shades they have to top off my outfit. The embroidery on the arms of the shades is super cool and adds a sick touch to them. They were packaged nicely so they didn't break during delivery and they have yet to bend or warp through many wears.

We went ahead and purchased some shoes for our grandson for Christmas. We ordered a 8.5 size of these shoes. When we recieved the shoes, they were a little bit smaller than we expected. Althought they don't fit, the customer service has worked with us quickly and easily to set up an exchange so we can get a size bigger. Other than that, our grandson really likes how good the shoes look and he is excited to get the perfect size for him.
