They went to an amazing length to give my girlfriend flowers. Thank you!

I ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday, only to later discover on my own that they had never been delivered. The company did not contact the recipient on the delivery day, did not leave any notice of attempted delivery, and also ignored my clear delivery instruction to leave the flowers outside the door if nobody was home.

It was only after I contacted customer support that I was informed the flowers had supposedly not been delivered and that my only options were either to pay for a completely new delivery or collect the flowers myself.

As I live abroad, arranging collection was already extremely inconvenient, but fortunately I managed to find someone to help. However, when that person called to arrange the pickup, they were told the flowers were not even available at the address provided by the company and were instead located approximately 130 km away.

At that point, I seriously questioned whether the flowers had ever been prepared or delivery genuinely attempted at all.

I contacted customer service again with all of this information, and here is the response I received: "You can file a formal complaint to Nævnenes Hus.
If you are residing in an EU country other than Denmark, you may file a complaint through the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform."

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

The worst company - please don't order from them. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for my mother on Mother's Day - it got delivered and barely 2 days later half the flowers were dead. Furthermore, the "nice card" that we paid for was in reality just a piece of paper from a printer folded in half. Also somehow their system added two question marks on my card. So the card read 'happy Mother's Day ??'

When I wrote to complain about the flowers and the card I was told that unless I had a picture of how the bouquet was delivered on the spot they couldn't verify that it was theirs. Despite me sending pictures of the bouquet still in its flower paper moments after delivery (which my mom had sent to me), the card and the picture of said bouquet in a vase with dead flowers two days later, they still refused to compensate and fix the issue.

Delivered my flowers to the wrong place and customer service was no help at all. Will not use them again.

I had a great experience with my latest order. It got delivered to the restaurant where we had a farewell that evening. The whole experience was great! Highly recommend their services.

I've ordered online from the USA for a funeral service. Flowers were delivered correctly and on time. It was easy and the wreath turned out beautiful. They provided a picture of the arrangement when it was delivered which was great for me. It gave me peace of mind expecially when ordering remotely.

Order was accurate, delivered on time and as beautiful as the picture online. Was ordering internationally and I was extremely happy with the service.

The flowers were fine but the delivery was very late in the day. So late that I had forgotten that I had ordered them. They were for a birthday, so by 5.00 pm all birthday celebrations were concluded. My expectation was that they would arrive AM.

The order we made from Finland (for a delivery to Denmark) was taken care of very professionaly and timely!

We were not as satisfied as we usually are, ordered a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates for our mother and paid for delivery. The flowers were delivered but not the chocolates… my mother had to bicycle to the store to get them the day afterwards. I live in Canada 🇨🇦 so I couldn’t do anything to help. Hope things go better the next time we order from you.

Deliver on time on the day you confirm, is that too much to ask?

Delivery from 8am to 8pm on Saturday May 3rd 2025 …confirmed from your side, you had both mine and mothers mobile number, but neither of us got a call to tell you’re not going to make it.

Your customer service phone closes 1pm on Saturdays, so what to do when it’s 8:15pm and you haven’t shown up?

If your website “follow your order” function is correct you haven’t even started producing my order.

Thank you for ruining my little surprise for my mother on her 86th years birthday, I live abroad so can’t be by her side this year.

The flowers were nice but not what expected and wrapping it in the paper that looks like a newspaper was absolutely awful and an acceptable. Flowers were for bithday (40th anniversary) and at least it could be packed in transparent or some neutral color wrapping paper but certainly not the one like newspaper. I felt so ashamed in front of my friend. She pretented it was a joke, but I am sure she was disappointed.

It was easy to order what will hopefully be a beautiful Christmas bouquet for my mother. As delivery is not until a few days before Christmas I cannot comment on the actual flowers yet. I’ll let you know once the flowers have been delivered
