I received a damaged unit. I was asked to return a damaged device.

I returned the device 5 months ago. The parcel has been misdelivered.

For last 4 months I keep on getting messages like "we will soon resolve the issue". I exchanged 80 messages with different employees.

The case didn't have any kind of progress, I keep on getting promises that the case will be soon resolved, but for several months there has been no progress.

4 months of "Please allow us a little more time to confirm the details internally"... And not a single resolution.

The components I have work very well for the application needed. I am using a 200 Max power supply along with two B-230 expansion packs with 400 watts of solar on the roof to operate our Ford Transit 250. This will maintain us while boon docking for as long as we need. This system covers all needs within our portable cabin. This includes all 110 or 12v hookups. All 12v needs are through a main fuse panel and utilizes the larger 12v port on the 200 Max. The 110 also plugs directly into the 200 Max utilizing two 110 ports, one for driver side and the other for passenger side. If we stay at an electrical hook up location, we can use both solar and 110 coming in. We do run with a freezer and a refrigerator, allowing us to stay on the road as long as we need. We just recently purchased a Charger 1 and have it installed. Just need to hook up to the CCP (customer connection point) in the Transit. This will help charge while driving on cloudy, overcast and rainy days (ILO solar). All in all, we are very pleased with our components and love our Bluetti!

I had an ac 200l and a b300 expansion battery brick on me. I contacted bluetti and they took them back , did tests and either fix or replaced both items. They kept in touch and were always help full and ready to answer any questions I had. Thank you so much I am back up and running!

I have purchased four Bluetti power stations for myself as well as three additional units for my adult children. In two locations we experience frequent power outages. Recently a two day power outage allowed us to run the internet (starlink) as well as keep the freezer cold.

good sale, great price. fast delivery. product fit my window of needs perfectly, output, size and weight. performance is above my other stations for duration,charging and noise. only wish specials in wireless app when bought would link with account on website.

We have five Bluetti units, ranging from the Elite 10 to the 200 and all have been great.

I ordered a D40 and received it on 30/06/2026. It didn't work and we started a prcedure for replacement. We are now 6 weeks later. The Dc40 has been picked up but no replacement received so far.
I must say that the communication is in my eyes not good. I send all the needed information with my first claim. Then I was asked every day an other question, sutch as date of puchase, invoice, ... Altough everything was aready send the firs time. We have been losing a week just on this.

I think Bluetti is a great product. I use it for my home backup when the power goes out. Have the AC300 setup in split phase and it runs my essential appliances.
Not enough power to run the heater and AC. The Apex 300 has only a little more energy but not enough for my needs. Looking for Bluetti to come out with an inverter that outputs from 6,000-7,000 watts. Even though the AC300 SAYS it is a 30 amp inverter, it only puts out about 25 amps. Need a true 50 amp inverter.

On of my inverters (AC300) went bad and Bluetti had my ship it to them at no cost to me, repaired it, and sent it back fully functional. Thanks Bluetti

I purchased the AC300 not knowing it was being phased out. I wish I had waited for something better. I then purchased the Charger 1 and ended up having problems with it. I participated in the Charger 2 upgrade but after many hours of frustration trying to get it to work properly support informed me that it is not backwards compatible with the AC300 so I had no choice but to build an external electrical setup to switch between it and my PV and external batteries. I still have weird issues with the AC300 charging correctly with it. If I don't leave input in PV mode the charger bounces on and off. I helped install another bluetti in another camper trailer instead of a van, we are testing it out this year at Burning Man. I have built my own systems in the past before purchasing my first Bluetti AC300. At this point I don't know if I can recommend them when we do tours. I hope it was just bad timing on my part. I believe the product has great potential but I am discouraged from my personal experience.

I take care of my disabled sister and needed a vehicle with a wheelchair lift or ramp. The only one I found that I could afford was a used short school bus, which I converted to an RV, with a microwave, refrigerator, and wired with ac outlets. I did not know about power stations then, so I built a rack on the back for a generator. This worked great for a while until my generator was stolen. My insurance refused to cover the generator, saying it was not a permanent part of the bus. I bought another generator, but was afraid to mount it, for fear of it being stolen again. Then I discovered power stations. My first power station was the Bluetti AC60 and it had no problem at all running my refrigerator. Keeping the unit charged, I ran my refrigerator constantly for over 3 months and did not have to be concerned with theft as the unit was kept inside the bus, out of sight. Now I have an Elite 100 v2 and Elite 300 and these have no problem running everything on my bus, including the A/C, an induction cooker, and coffee pot. I bought an alternator charger to keep the units charged while driving and can plug it into my house when I am at home. I am extremely satisfied with Bluetti power stations.

I decided that after being without power for a week two years ago from the affects of Hurricane Helene, I wanted a backup battery. I did research, talked with folks, and finally decided on the Bluetti.

I was pleased with the ordering and delivery process. It definitely was heavier than I expected...but I hefted it inside and made a permanent home for it on a rolling cart.

So far my power has stayed on except for a couple of instances it went out for two or three hours. The Bluetti did the trick.

I use my Bluetti on a regular basis just for charging devices to give it some exercise.

Very pleased.

Being long time customers of Bluetti, I can comfortably say Bluetti makes the •Very Best in Power Stations• for a myriad of uses! Everything from the backpacker to those who wish to backup their entire home from the unstable more and more unreliable grid AC supply.

Bluetti makes fine quality electronics. Literally something for everyone! From a backpacking person needing to charge after a long day their drones & camera’s. Bluetti even has a special backpack for their small power station! We love our “Handsfree 2” Bluetti model, sweet little package loaded with 700 Watts! To have access to 12/24/120V as you walk. And specialized solar panel wafer packs that unfold as you head out, hanging softly behind your pack charging your specialized lithium iron phosphate battery pack as you walk. Money where your mouth is, as they say… My wife and I own two complete sets of this equipment. Bluetti has allowed us to extend our enjoyment of nature by not a couple years, but by a couple decades! We are both now in our Seventies.

The less informed may consider Bluetti's equipment just special batteries in a fancy box. That thought could not be further from the truth. The truth is that layer upon layer of safety is built into every Bluetti product. Safety from overload. Safety from over current protection. Safety from overheating. Safety from overcharge, or the very same with undercharge, or running the unit inadvertently too low, that could damage this type of battery. Are your expensive lithium iron phosphate batteries -properly- protected? Bluetti’s are… Yes… You are protected and made safe by careful monitoring the batteries with built in circuitry. Bluetti gives you the best of both worlds. So that you can feel safe with this equipment ___inside___ your home with your family.

My wife and I now own with pride over 17 (seventeen) pieces of Bluetti equipment. Everyone paid for by ourselves.

I am now watching as I write this a music concert of Santana & Pink Floyd on my 65” TV, powered by a high end Onkyo 9 channel receiver that draws some real power. All this equipment is being powered 100% by just one of our Bluetti Home Power Stations, an •Apex 300• (having both 120V AND 240Volt production) with •No grid connection whatsoever•.

It takes only a short time watching your bill to see that grid power is being saved every day. But the allure of this Bluetti equipment is more than just cutting your power bill… it gives you wonderful peace of mind knowing never again will you worry yourself with a power outage. No worries of lost expensive food in your frig or freezer from power lost. Plus being able to watch the weather on the TV. Or to find your way without just a flashlight. Thankfully those days are over forever. These units can easily last a decade or more.

I hope some of this helps you decide that it truly is time to quit worrying about power outages (especially if you’re older) and Buy your Bluetti. Money well spent! Your best bet is to buy your equipment directly from Bluetti. Tech support is 2nd to None!!!

I have purchased two Apex 300s and was using my B 300 batteries. The units kept auto shut off notified Bluetti technicians. They asked a few questions told me they would get back with me once they reviewed the problem and return promptly with an upgrade that I needed to do on the B3 hundred batteries everything is working like a charm now thank you

I really like the Bluetti Product lineup. Bluetti seems to listen to what the customer/market needs are and provides equipment to satisfy most customers. Yes, they are not perfect and may not fulfill every wish-list, but i think they do try. The quality is Excellent and for me the Support has been Very Good. I look forward to seeing each new product and hopefully being a long-time Bluetti customer.

Bluetti has good customer service. I had a BMS error and customer service helped with the free shipping and replacement to minimize down time. Ivy was customer service person.
